I approve of this product.
Its a little hard to swallow, being a big pill, but that is because there is a lot of vitamin E inside it. To be specific, mixed tocopherols, which are needful for the body to use the alpha form. I take one of these almost every day, along with other supplements. I cannot imagine why Amazon rejected my previous review as violating 'community standards.'

Disappointed!!
It shows plant based, but no picture of the ingredients which the softgel is BOVINE!! I am really disappointed!!
