Does water collect on the bottom of glass in dishwasher?

Water doesn't collect on the bottom of my glasses in my dishwasher. I do have my top rack tilted, though. I LOVE these classy glasses.

Are these glasses microwave safe?

They are dishwasher safe. Never used in microwave, they aren't really hot beverage glasses. But they are lovely drinking glasses
