What is the difference between this unit and the 7000 2nd edition

Hello. The units are virtually identical in their specifications. The Balego unit comes with an electrode placement chart and premium American made electrodes that are not included in the other unit. Best Regards,

Does this 7000 Unit come with a belt and necessary accessories?

No belt, it comes with a set of eight pads (I think) and the wiring.

I have an identical unit purchased from Amazon a little more than a year ago. Although the branding is that of Roscoe Medical, the unit, the case, the leads, the pads, the packaging, and the instruction manual are exactly the same as this unit. The manual indicates that the battery is rechargeable. It is a 9V Type 6F22 which is standard. Rechargeable varieties are widely available.
