Can the Pool patch kit be used to cement the tile and as the grout later?

this product cures fast with a white finish. seems strong

Is this more like a liquid-like product? or more a paste-like product?

Paste like after you add water. Kinda regular mortar, but works better on pools

hello, can I add color to this product. I have a gray bottom on my pool and I need to fix a chipped seat. thanks

No reason you could not use a dry compatible colorant but don't miss the note that the surface must be completely dry. Are you going to drain your pool to fix a chip? There is (or was) a product on the market that works on a wet or under water surface, but it was only available in white but did a good job on missing plaster at my main drain.

Do i need to mix this with other thing except water before i fill the grout between tiles? How bad of the instruction of the product!

I did not like this Pool Patch at all! It is full of little stones and does not go on smooth....not good for grouting!!! Just buy a bag of grout and mix in a strengthener - Home Depot has it all.
