Youshiko YC9310 Wireless Temperature 3 - Channel Sensor for Weather Station

On the actual unit you can have 3 temperature senders which you can if you wish have them toggle between the 3 on the main unit, and id had 2 for 12 months or so. I bought a 3rd to take up the extra slot. They are easy to set up with the main unit and while the unit is upstairs in the house the sensors are outside at the front and the back of the house and have never lost contact. As an experiment i put all 3 together and left them overnight and in the morning they all showed identical temp readings which corresponded with the main units internal temperature, so are accurate............why have 3 outside sensors ? good question I like gadgets .....one would be sufficient to check the outside temp in a morning, while the original 2 are shaded at front and back and you can see the difference in temperature ive put the other one to catch the sun during the day.

Great idea to be able to have these remote temperature sensors placed in various locations so you know whats going on without having to get wet or cold going outside ! Shame you have to turn the master station around to switch from sensor to sensor for readings BUT it`s not a big deal. No idea how these will perform when we get the icy winter weather yet but so far so good. Nice looking sensor that blends well with surroundings.

The temperature transponder was excellen, it worked OK when powered up and is now in my greenhouse at the end of my garden (c 20m away)It doesn't show the temperature on the unit itself like some older ones I am using but its smart and well made.

Works OK but there is no visual display on the device, so you can't use it as a garden thermometer, you have to go inside the house to the base unit to see what the temperature is.

The product was delivered quickly and worked correctly with my projection station. It has a good range and pared quickly with the base station.

Thought it would be about half the size it actually is. This means it is a little more conspicuous than I would have liked attached to the shed in the garden.Works fine over the distance I have it placed at, about 30m only one brick wall in the way, not sure what the max range is.I would however suggest that you buy some rechargeable AA batteries with it otherwise I think it's going to cost a lot in the long run

These were bought to go with the base station and are outside the house about 15 metres from the base.So far they have worked perfectly

Nice neat remote temperature sensor senders. Pity they aren't accurate when compared to a mercury thermometer. OK for general use where the measured temperatire is not a critical requirement.
