If you want paint to stick to glass you need to preferably use an enamel paint and it should be baked in oven for it to be permanent.

Is this good for outdoors i.e. waterproof for use on Wood craft, Pottery etc ?

Yes I've used it on wood but remember it's not meant perticularly for wood, I recommend just using a sealant over the paint but yes it is waterproof and works well
