Good product if you are into fitness and know how to use it.

Increases anxiety , and nausea quite considerably. BUT does it's job , I workout with the same consistency so have a stable weight and couple that up with this drug : look at the dip.. It has a physiological effect on those stubborn fat areas. Do recommend but from my opinion take 15 mg, pre workout preferably fasted for 12-14 days then ✋️, start it again after two weeks to not let the body develop any tolerance to it.

I recently tried this Y- HCL from nutrija, it did help increase my energy levels, which was great for my workouts. I noticed a slight reduction in appetite, which made it easier to stick to my diet. Over a month, I did see some weight loss, though it's hard to say how much was directly due to the fat burner versus my overall lifestyle changes. It is value for money and a great performer.

I have consumed one capsule 3 days continuously. After taking the tablet blood pressure sudden increase. First day blood pressure increased to 155 Second day blood pressure increased to 159 Third day before capsule blood pressure was 129 after taking the capsule blood pressure increased to 158. I strongly recommend to all, please dont use that , if they dont want any heart disease. I have feeled heart beat high and hands shivering There is no way you can return product or you can contact with seller.

Just eat caffeine from this company. Their caffeine is gud This product is okok I was already taking caffeine and this product maybe gave 5% boost, not sure. I think caffeine cheaper and same effectiveness. Up to u

I am using this combination since 2minths and have lost almost 9-10kgs with good workout even during winters and good diet..no jitters no freaking issues while consuming and also maintain good mood not like other pre-workout with unknown chemical sources..i would recommend this for beginners or people who workout 4days...but again with good diet and protein intake
