This coffee smells amazing from opening, grinding, brewing, to sipping. It tastes mellow without being weak. We needed to reduce acidity and caffeine, and feel this coffee does that. We appreciate that it is processed to prevent mold and chemicals from being passed along. It is pretty expensive compared to what we normally buy for everyday. But it is really good so we’ll keep some on hand.

I had to update my review. The first time I made it it says to use more course grounds in my pour over and it tasted like crap. Then I made it in a regular coffee pot and it still sucked. I ended up grinding it so it was a fine grind and used the pour over with a brown coffee filter and it worked great. Great flavor, I'm happy now.

This is the best coffee you will ever drink. I feel it. It’s a bit expensive but well worth it.. I just ran out of this coffee and went back to using PEETS coffee only to realize how important it is to stay on this coffee I have no upset stomach whatsoever as well worth buying
