Q: How do i get rid of the odor if i cannot wash the pillow? Suggestions please, because I do not believe airing it out will be sufficient.

Let it air out. I had doubts about it but that is what I did. After a week I was able to start using it. Now I don't smell any odor coming from it.

Waste of money

It's impossible to sleep in it absolutelty uncomfortableI was literally suffocating, the face hole is too small even if you try to adjust the support part you can't get any fresh air, I was sweating a lot trying to sleep in it.
