This portable sit up bar provides me with the stability I need to do some serious crunches. It has dual suction cups that hold strong to my tile floor so I can do my core work without needing assistance. I can focus so much better on isolating my core when I have a solid anchor. I find it helps relieve pressure on my back as well. Great for sit-ups, Russian twists, etc. The height of the gap that secures the foot is adjustable if my husband ever wants to use it with his bigger feet or if I want to use it in different positions. It is quick and easy set up and put away. It doesn’t take up a lot of space to store. It is a nice addition to my home gym.

The section cups are strong and hold well on any smooth floor. The sit up bar is the perfect size to use in a smaller space. Great for travel. The assembly was very intuitive. It works really well and is a great price.

This has given me the luxury to work out at home. Set up was easy. The sit up bar has suction cups that adheres it to floor so it will not move as you work out. move. The bar is adjustable. I found it easy to store.

I think this is a good product I just don’t like that after the fourth sit up the suction comes off the floor and that’s dangerous. Wish it had better suction other than that I like it

It will not stick to the floor, no matter how much i clean the floor, and it says place your knee on it to help get it to stick to floor; nothing works. Piece of crap

If you're into exercising at home like we are, you're going to love this because it helps you execute a proper set up safely. That truly is key to. Getting the best out of an exercise and also keeping yourself safe from lower back or abdominal strain. We're not exactly small people so I was surprised in a good way at how well the suction cups held with us doing several reps in a row of sit-ups. Compact. Love the fact that we can put this behind the couch when we're done and no one even notices it.

If you have a softwood floor, this product MAY NOT be for you. I was so heartbroken when the suction cups didn't work. I have endometriosis and the only thing scientifically proven to lower cytokines is exercise. I finally DID get it to work when I put it under a dresser and used the dresser's wood to hold my feet in place. Once you do that, its very handy.

Tu cochinada de herramienta que vendes es pésimo, desde el primer día que lo compre no fijan bien en el piso, muy mala calidad.... no lo recomiendo y no gasten su dinero es este producto!!!!
