KapsOrthotic 3/4 leather insoles with longitudinal and transverse arch support, Flamenco

These are wonderful! I've got a lovely pair of sandals I bought a couple of years ago that are very stylish but lack the important support I need under foot. As mentioned by another reviewer, the little glue spot isn't really strong enough and the application of double-sided tape is necessary, but these are so worth that little extra effort. My feet feel supported, no strain nor fatigue in the joints. I would definitely recommend these.

Quite hard and not very comfortable

These insoles offer good support and are quite slim, so would fit in sandals and smart shoes as well as trainers or casual shoes. They are a little hard underfoot, hoping this will improve with wear.

It's only day one but really impressed with these. I have had foot pain for the last year (tendonitis caused by flat feet) and today since using these in my work court shoes (with a 3 inch heel!!) I have had no pain whatsoever! I have not had to stick them in to my shoe either - they have stayed in place. I have tried many other inserts designed to help flat feet specifically and these are by far the best I've used. I will be ordering more.

Poor quality of manufacture. Top and bottom layers came unstuck when I was trying to put them in my shoes. Poor arch support. I have high arches and these do not give any support at all. Sticky pad poor and does not hold insole in place. The insole moves when sliding foot into shoe and then shoe is very uncomfortable. I will be returning.

Just what I was looking for, now I can wear lower back shoes without my foot slipping out cos the inserts are too high. Have used them in flat shoes and they are brilliant. I am sure they will be just as good in heels and they are so comfortable.

These were recommended to me. I have high arches and these aren’t high enough to provide support. As neutral colour will use in sandal type footwear to provide a bit of support. No rigidity so will have to maybe stick them to a designated pair of shoes. It’s a shame wanted for dancing shoes.

A bit misleading as only fits 3/4 size of my shoe. Had to return sorry.
