Plantronics H251 SupraPlus Voice Tube Headset

Bought a bunch of these for use with Cisco IP phones, both 7960 and 7970 and they worked a charm. Be aware that they do not come wth the cable to connect the headset to the phone, so I purchased a bunch of the Polaris u-10 cables, model number 26716-01.All in all a good clear headset.

Headset is fine but it doesn't come with a connector (ridiculous) which you have to buy separately. I bought the corresponding one, which turned out to be incompatible with my phone despite the fact everything connected fine. It took a lot of head scratching and some googling to find out I had bought the wrong (although visually identical) bottom cable. An unnecessary and annoying pain.

Superb quality with clarity. Much beeter than my last Plantrinics headset which was 6 years old and had served me well. Don't buy cheap headsets, they are simply not worth it.

This is a very cheap and tacky product, whilst it seemed to work OK from the user perspective the person on the other end of the phone was confronted with a very distinct hiss and buzz interference. NOT GOOD.

This is very good if you have to use the phone all and the computer at the same time. You shoud buy the longer lead with it to give you more room to move around.

Our reservation staff use these all the time, this is a replacement for one that stopped working after years of service.
