War etwas skeptisch beim Kauf Mittlerweile benutze ich es regelmässig . Das Gerät ist für die Oberarme hat aber einen verlängerungsgurt für das training der Oberschenkel . Ich benutze es immer zwischendurch , vor und nach dem training . Die Einstellungen sind sehr gut bedienbar . Hat sogar eine Massage funktion . 👍👍👍 ich bin begeistert . Das aufladen geht auch schnell

Très facile à positionner et à utiliser mais on est surpris qu’ils ne soient pas vendus par paire afin de pouvoir faire les deux bras en même temps, c’est un peu frustrant

The new model is such a great product, well done Bodify!
REVIEW 04/09/2025: I have just upgraded to their new version of this device which is a device with pads that DO NOT need replacing. The new pads make the device much more comfortable to wear, doesn't hurt, sting or burn. Arms genuinely feel like they have had a work out, they get that ache. Lower settings are a good call too, as there is a massage mode which can help relax the muscle if your not after something heavy one day. The new device has better straps too, more robust. This is a small change but one I think makes a difference with east of use, the connection and base where the unit actually sits on the strap, for those of you who have not got one, I am talking about the little circular thing in the middle with the blue light on (look at the picture) this is what controls the device, it has a much better biting point when attaching it now so it has a better and strong connection, the old model could be a little fiddly. I have tried many of these devices over the years, including the expensive slender tone. This is the one that gives best bang for it buck. Oh, and great customer service too, huge thank you to Hanna. Arms genuinely feel like they have had a workout and some definition has changed: mission accomplished.
