I got this 5 star split AC. Since begining his AC was installed and serviced by company technicians. The product started giving troubles. I raised so many complaints that ac water is dropping from indoor unit. Technicians came and try to resolve the issue but the problem reoccur after few days. Company also don't inform about the periodic services needs to be conducted within one year. And I missed one service despite several other complaints I raised. So pls don't buy this product. Due to water leakage my TV also got damaged for which I have to spend 5-6k extra due to their faulty AC and lack of proper service. Now again the AC stopped giving proper cooling after an year. Now I have to pay from my pocket to get this pathetic product work. So pls don't buy this product.

Have been using Carrier air conditioners for over 30 years hence it was a natural choice. Delivery was a disaster, only the indoor unit was delivered. With great effort managed to get Amazon customer service who then advised only option was to return and get a refund. The courier who came to pick up refused to accept the return as the outdoor unit was missing. Again after great effort managed to get to customer service to understand and book a return which was 4 days later. 2 days before pickup courier lands up with the outdoor unit saying that it was left back in Bhiwandi warehouse and delivered to me nearly a week after the first delivery. Since installed the AC and it is working well.

Installation was hassle-free and prompt—if bought from Amazon. Cooling performance is excellent. It works well at 24°C even during peak summer in Kolkata. After a year of usage, I found it energy efficient—my electricity bills are lower compared to neighbours. After-sales service is impressive, even post-warranty. Carrier is easy to reach via phone, online booking, or the Cool Connect App. Only downside is the remote. Both of mine stopped working after a year. If under warranty, you’ll get a replacement free. Otherwise, you’ll need to order one, which takes 10–15 days and isn’t always easily available. Overall, a great AC at a reasonable price with strong performance and support—just let down by poor remote quality. Carrier, please improve your remote durability!

One month of using this carrier's 6in1 flexible inverter ac. Cooling is very good in a fast manner. It takes to off ceiling fan of about after 15min when I use in normal cool mode in the room of 150sqft. And it takes around 50 min to cool my hall and kitchen also if I open the room door , which covered total area around 400sqft. That's y I am loving this ac and most of time I use normal mode only with the set temp of 24/23. I use on average 8hours a day with this configuration and my electricity bill is raised by around 1000rs.(8×30=240 hours , 1000/240=4rs per hour consumption.) That I don't know its good or not for you, but for me it's good to spend 4 rs per hour to cool 400sqft That's all I hope it will help to someone to take the decision to buy or not this ac. There is some thing which I don't like is remote control is that it's light on screen works only when you press a button on it only for a sec and immediately the screen goes to blackout so its difficult to use in night. Second is noise level increases when I use on convertible modes. As of now I tried fc1 mode in which fan speed and noise increases compare to normal mode. In normal mode there is not any noise. My recommendation. Buy because of brand value @carriermedia, warranty on pcb, energy effecient 5star, effective cooling.
