Great Product, Great Quality I’m very impressed with all of the products everything is at a high quality and great price.

Had A license plumber to install. The first one yall sent lasted 6 hours. Yall sent a replacement to me. Had it professionally installed. Never would work correctly. Have spent over 450 dollars on installation. Really took a beating on this product. Don't even have a pump just waisted my money. The product is pure junk. Never been dissatisfied 😒 with Amazon before now.

I have bought this pump had a plumber install it for my new shower. The pump keeps cycling on and off, on for 3 seconds off for 3 seconds until you use the water then it works fine. When you turn off your sink it will again cycling on and off on for 3 seconds off for 3 seconds until you turn the pump off. There isn't any way to contact the seller. i hit support on the amazon like they called and their support was terrible. Their support consisted of returning it.

I have purchased two of these. They last about a year before failing. There are cheaper and quieter alternatives.

THE PUMP KEEPS TURNING ON FOR A SECOND, THEN OFF FOR 2 THEN THE SAME OVER & OVER. WE ARE NOT RUNNING ANY WATER, HOT OR COLD, IM NOT SURE WHAT THE DEAL IS BUT I HAD TO UNPLUG IT. WHEN OPERATING PROPERLY IT SEEMED TO CUT THE HOT WATER DELIVERY TIME IN HALF. ITS ALSO LOUD ENOUGH TO BE HEARD UPSTAIRS WHEN I INSTALLED IT IN THE BASEMENT.
