These are nice to write with. I was worried it would take away from the feel of writing on paper vs the rubber tips but it feels the same. It is nice knowing these tips won’t wear out. I haven’t had my scribe for too long but the first tip was due for a change already, and I haven’t used it too often for writing yet. I didn’t realize that the rubber tips would not last that long so I’m glad I went with these tips. Super easy to change and install too! My only concern is whether they will scratch the screen over time, I hope not.

So if you're like me you've been looking at purchasing metal nibs for your pencil but have been apprehensive because there aren't many reviews telling you it's okay.Well I'm here to say it is totally fine.I use this nib on my premium kindle pencil for my scribe and it works great. Installation is easy and fast.I did use it on the scribe without a screen protector and it doesn't leave scratches however just to be safe I did purchase a matte screen protector simply because I throw my scribe in my purse alot.It does take a few times of use to adjust your hand pressure. Start out soft and work your way up to the pressure you feel comfortable with while writing so keep that in mind. I did not notice any offset in tip to screen.The writing quality in my opinion improved greatly over the use of the plastic nibs. It's durable and I don't forsee needing to replace it for quite some time if ever.I did notice the screen shadow happens more often but in the video I show that flipping to a new page and then back will eliminate the shadowsSo if you were looking for the review to encourage you to switch but you were apprehensive due to it being metal then this review is for you.Hope this helps someone :)

I’ve been using these tips for about a year and I’ve enjoyed using them. They’ve worked with no issues for me. I have a paper like screen cover on and haven’t had any scratches on my screen. I use my scribe daily to do crossword puzzles and they work great. They fit into the pen perfectly and are easy to remove if needed. I haven’t had to change the one that I’ve put in yet so the quality is great.

I picked up two kits from this company, one for the Scribe pen and one for the stylus I use with my Boox Lumi Max. The other one had a great nib removal tool that was easy to use. This one, for some reason, came with a terrible nib removal tool. I'm dinging a star it was that bad. I should have grabbed a pair of tweezers (or the other tool, or the tool that came with the Scribe, or anything else) and have done with it. It was just aweful.The nib itself is great. It gives me a nice bit of grit and resistance, the old pencil on paper feel. I have no idea why that's so important, but it just feels wrong writing smoothly on glass. I don't use a screen protector for the Scribe (probably should) and it doesn't damage the screen at all. I expect, now that I finally have it installed, I'm not going to ever need to replace it again. It's that sturdy, I beleive that claim.

Write great, no issues. I don't use a screen protector and have not had any issues. I was really worried but the plastic nibs were not doing it for me. These work great!

I can't believe what a difference this titanium tip makes! Writing on the scribe feels much more realistic know. So satisfying!!

Got this to replace the other tips as my 3 year old kept breaking them. Definitely last alot longer now. Easy to insert into the pen and works well with the Kindle.

These worked perfectly in both of my pit boss pellet smokers. Direct connect no wiring needed.
