Solid and secure
I was surprised by how solidly this was made.It was very easy to set the code and the screws and plugs came with it and also the screwdriver to set the chosen keys. All I needed to do was drill the holes in the brickwork for the plugs and screw it really securely. I very well made unit.

Good product
I’m pleased with this key safe. I’ve fixed it quite securely to a wooden gate post with different screws specifically for wood. It holds both the gate and door key and is well protected from the elements. I found, as was stated by other reviewers, that you need just one of each different number in any order to gain access. i.e. 76543 or 54763 etc. I’ve since bought another one.

Good quality and easy to use
Good quality and easy to use . We bought it to replace an expensive model costing £145 which wasn’t as good as this one . I definitely recommend it.

Key safe
I've been having a bit of trouble with my product lately. During the chilly winter months, the keys became unresponsive (hard and stiff), and after several try to key in the code, the pads became soft and can't key in the code to open the safe. I’ve tried everything, but the codes just aren’t working anymore! If anyone has any tips on how to reset it or bring it back to life, I would really appreciate your help!

Very good value
No problems so far, but other user reviews regarding the unreliability of the push-buttons is a worry. Incidentally, worries about the number of code options are all based on a misunderstanding. There are in fact a full 4096 code combinations possibleIas the makers claim. I would reduce this by at least 13 (to 4083) as i regard the single number option and the all-numbers options as intrinsically unsafe. Even if this worry is extended to the two and three number code choices, a user still has 3797 choices left - more than sufficient to foil a potential thief.
