I have now used this headset for a few weeks. It represents very good value. I was a little unsure of what quality I would be getting for the price. I was pleasantly surprised. They are of good quality, easy to use and install immediately. I use them for online teaching and my students have commented on the clarity being good compared to some of the more expensive (brand name) headsets being used by my colleagues. Inline controls are good, microphone positioning being flexible is very good, you can position it away from the mouth and it still picks up voices well. In fact I used it in a classroom with other students present and those listening were able to hear them easily. Comfortable ear pieces means I can wear them for quite a while without causing pressure (I wear spectacles and they don't create excess pressure.

These headphones worked right out of the box and are OK but not great. There is little adjustment for the phones and about an hour is all I can stand, while the Mic is on a flimsy boom arm and is very susceptible to popping if a centimetre out of place. Sound quality is OK and it does the job. It is very good at dictation and works faultlessly with Microsoft, Google and Dragon - 10 out of 10 for that.

I bought this headset for video calls in a busy office, and it has really worked well. The Mic was the main feature I was after with a headset, and I wanted one with good quality and minimal background noise. this mic certainly delivers all of that very well. You do need to be careful with how you adjust the mic though as if you have it too close to your face it will obviously pick up your breathing which is not really what you want. the sound quality from the headset is very good for the purpose of calls. I think in terms of listening to music it's passable but obviously won't be as good as other headphone options. It is pretty comfortable to wear for extended periods and it is very plug-and-play which is nice, you don't have to worry about installing any software. I think at the price point it is a very good option.

Very good. Audio and mic are perfect. Only observation is that it disconnected 2 during a zoom meeting, but reconnected quickly.

Have ordered a batch of these for my team. After a few months use, several have developed faults with users complaining of intermittent drop-outs and crackly quality to the sound. Complaints of 'robotic' sound quality.

I actually can't believe how great the quality of these headsets are. I purchased a set about 2/3 years ago and I've had no issues with them whatsoever. The sound quality has remained since I purchased them and the noise cancelling is brilliant. They are very comfortable when on long duration calls or listening to music, watching YouTube/series/films. When on calls, I have been able to hear everyone clearly and I have had no complaints from others in terms of the quality of my mic, they can hear me crystal clear. Overall, I'm very pleased with my purchase and especially for the price, a good investment for sure.

Bought this headset for use with voice recognition on Mac, after careful consideration of many alternatives. I did not see any mention of how intrusively warm the earphones become. Thus this product is perhaps not ideal for use for long periods of voice recognition writing. Is it something to do with the specific material Mairdi have used for the ear pads? Having said that, my initial use seems to indicate that the microphone does a decent job of voice recognition. I just want a high quality headset microphone for Mac, and don't need earphones. In the past I used the basic headset provided with Nuance Dragon Dictate. I found these Nuance headsets were of limited voice recognition quality, and so flimsy that the thin plastic headband easily became broken (it is my impression that Nuance Dragon Dictate is no longer available for use on Mac products anyway, wasted my money there!). The voice recognition on this Mairdi headset is so much better than the set supplied free by Nuance. One of the reasons I chose this particular Mairdi headset is that it has a sturdy-looking plastic headband which I hope will be more robust than my previous Nuance cheapos. After a few days use I've found that the way to use these over long periods of compositional writing is to rest the headband around your neck rather than over your ears, so hopefully they will 'work' for my requirements.

I like them a lot. I added a piece of leather under the top of the headband because the plastic is not so comfortable. It has a great volume control which shows a thin grey bar in the top left corner of the screen when changing volume; it shows the volume from 1 to 100. I found that 50 is a good listening level.

Lo compré para usarlo en el trabajo. Por la pandemia hemos estado operando desde casa y todos los días a todas horas estoy conectada en Teams para reuniones o para comunicarme con los compañeros. Siempre se quejaban que escuchaban el ruido de fondo y era un problema buscar un espacio para hacer llamadas. Estos audífonos solucionaron de forma excelente el problema; ahora sólo me escuchan a mí cuando hablo y no los ruidos de fondo que son inevitables. Además, tiene varios botones para controlar el volumen, poner el micrófono en "mute" y responder/colgar llamadas que son súper prácticos. Creo que la relación precio/calidad es maravillosa. Es una excelente herramienta para el trabajo.

Great headphones for the price. Good audio quality and flexible Mic. I am using this every day for work and uni. Update: I have been using for about a year now - all still working well. Noise cancellation is pretty good for outside noises like mowers and people in your house, less good for the wearer's sounds (e.g., breathing + 'popping p's'). I switch to another mic when I need to record my own audio. But still great value.
