Genuinely some of the best ssamjang I've had out of Korea. Tangy and sweet and full of flavour. I'm on my 6th Tub and will keep buying. Personally for me there isn't any spice/heat.

Been wanting to try it for so long. Very salty but in a nice way. Also quite spicy. I like using it to dip celery in. I have yet to use it for any cooking, but i very much like it would recommend.

This paste seems to go with lots of dishes. I even put some in a curry dish and it tastes great. Also, a little goes a long way. Thanks very much.

I may have really thick here but inside the tub, mixed in with the dipping sauce, are two packets one large the other small. Because this is a liquid or thick sauce I assumed that these were flavour sachets. But wasn't entirely sure so I asked the Amazon community but never received an answer. I eventually poured in the small sachet thinking it was chilli flakes Three days later the seller contacted me telling me they were desiccants (moisture absorbers)! Why would you put those little absorber packets into a wet sauce tub. I can understand if it was clothing or electronics. Also there was no indication on the packets as they were covered in Korean words

I had forgotten how much I used to enjoy this. Life and time march on lol Well I treated myself to a tub, and oh boy memories came flooding back yayyyy. safe to say I still love it and will be buying it again. Yes it's salty but as another reviewer said 'in a good way'

It's so good that I find myself looking for excuses to use it. Delicious umami flavor, perfect for lettuce wrapping just about any food you can imagine. I absolutely love it
