Mosaic Red Scroll Light Lamp

Love it. It's just as pictured and seems well made. The only negative is I'm using it as a beside lamp and it's not great for reading.

I ordered this to keep on the chef's island after we're done in the kitchen for the evening, just for a bit of accent lighting as we come and go. It's really lovely, although the regular 40w incandescent bulb I put in it is too much. The light shining through the shade is very red, making the kitchen look like a bordello. You can also clearly see the shape of the bulb through the glass, and it throws a lot of glare if you look at it. I am going to replace the bulb with a very low wattage appliance bulb, which should be perfect.With all that said, it really is the perfect accent light and looks great with all of the ruby glass we inherited from my husband's grandfather. And the price is terrific!Update: I switched to a very low wattage appliance bulb and it is PERFECT! You would not be able to use this for task lighting, but as an accent light it is lovely.

Excellent value for the money.

Very cute light. Bought it for work to decorate my office. My only note/complaint is when you turn on the light, you only see red mosaic instead of all the colors as shown here.

I love this lamp. When I read the other reviews I was concerned that it would be too red - but it has a nice glow and gives ambiance to the room. You can see the light bulb inside, but that does not bother me. I agree with one of the other reviews that it would be great if you got all the colors of the mosaic when lit, but for the price I am very pleased with my purchase. It arrived on time with no damage.
