The tongue scraper is included in the package. Every time I have ordered this product individually, it has arrived with a tongue scraper. I am unsure about the toothbrush.

My mouth felt super clean and fresh after using it, and I definitely noticed it helped a lot with bad breath. However, when it comes to teeth whitening, I honestly didn’t see much of a difference. My teeth looked pretty much the same, so I don’t think it really did anything in terms of whitening. Still, if you’re looking for something to leave your mouth feeling fresh and clean, I’d say it’s worth trying.
