These work really well and are such a great deal compared to the name brand version. I would honestly compare them to Zyrtec because they work just as well for me at a much lower price. They are your typical generic zyrtec. I have celiac and had to look up the NDC number on the bottle to make sure they were safe before purchasing. Not a bad price and they work just as well as the name brand. I have severe allergies to like, everything, and MCAS. I have to take 2 pills per day in 12 hr increments per my allergist, but normal safe dosing is 1 pill per 24 hrs. I don't have any side effects unless I forget some doses for a few days, then I get some withdrawal and my allergy symptoms attack me like crazy. The pill size is the biggest out of all the other brands I've tried thus far, I'd say it's like a medium sized tablet. Still easy to swallow.
