Very bad experience. Less than a month since I have purchased this product but it broke after 2-3 uses. Now the condition is very bad not able to use it. Do not buy this product very cheap quality.

I selected this trolly after too much research to carry heavy bags of sarees for clothing business. First delivery was delayed by one day so that was little disappointing, but on delivery was happy with the packaging. The box was quite heavy than expectation, but the heaviest part is not trolly but the wheels, which ensured robust quality of wheels. Overall product is good for heavy material transportation. Assembling was easy due to provided tools. Platform is not very thick but good enough to carry heavy weight. Wheels are big, providing smooth movement. Handle has smooth rubber cushion. The paint job was not done well at some places. One ribbit is missing on plate fitted on handle. Considering the size and capacity of trolly it takes lot of space for storing. Overall good experience till now will update after actual usage.

I have purchased a trolley of 200 kg for my gardening purpose. I had small technical issue in how to adjust handle. I had written to seller. Happy to say that very prompt reply was given by seller and then he took due followups to ensure solution of issue. Issue solved. Trolly is quite excellent, very sturdy and smooth.
