Excellent fast service the biltong machine is easy to build came with 2 bulbs hooks and a seasoning sachet and has produced lovely biltong within 2 days, great looking box to have anywhere in the kitchen with minimal noise definitely 10 stars🍖👍

My South African born wife is very happy with this item. It was easy to assemble and is effective in operation. It is expensive, though, for what it is. Under the flavour category, I don't like the powder used to coat the meat, much preferring my wife's own marinade. It is now in constant use! Highly recommended.

Damaged on arrival.

So fat I've produced some excellent, wet and dry biltong. Easy to assemble and keep clean, however it does need a drip tray. I'm using tin foil, which works well.

Really pleased so far although we have only just started using it! Pretty well manufactured, easy to put together (no tools required). It comes with a bulb, set of hooks etc so no need to buy separately. We used smallish pieces of sirloin for a test run and had good biltong in just 24 hours. Bigger pieces will obviously take a while longer.

I was originally going to make a biltong box out of a puppy cage and a fan which would have been half the price, but couldn't find a small enough cage to sit atop my fridge. So I bought this unit, which is the right size and I'm really glad that I did. It has a quality feel and is compact and stylish. The bulb that came with it was dud, so I contacted the seller and they promptly sent me two bulbs as replacement. It makes very good biltong.

Does exactly what I want it to do, easy assmled. I minamal noise.
