Easy to use

They were packaged well, no way of any breakage. The product seems to be fine and works well. There was a problem with delivery, it took an extra 4 days then what was planned.

If you pickle or ferment, you need these
One of the most important things about jar fermentation is keeping the fruits and veggies submerged in the brine. These weights are a far cry from the old days of heavy plates or rocks. Yes, rocks. They are so easy to use, just place on the top of a loaded jar and never worry about floating again. They're the perfect size and weight to keep pressing as contents shrink, but not to crush. They fit wide mouth jars and are easy to place and remove with the little knob handle on top. The knob also has a faceted cut, which is a nice touch of elegance, if there is such a thing with jar weights. Another nice touch is the box they come in. While it seems like an unassuming cardboard flip top box, the weights are fit tightly into individual slots in a foam block. This is perfect for storage on my pantry shelf when not in use. Cleanup is a dishwasher no-brainer. And finally, because they are glass they can be sterilized and used again and again and again, for many safe and happy years of use. When I need more, these are the ones I will buy.

Good price and GREAT delivery. Weights were well packaged and delivered quickly. Perfect for getting my fall cider vinegar going! These weights are easy to clean and ha e long lasting durability. They fit perfectly in my pint, quart and half gallon jars allowing my to make use of all my jars with one purchase.

Excellent well made glass weights.
Brilliant sturdy glass weights which I use in a wide mouth glass jar when making Fire Cider and fermented vegetables. Easy to take in and out of the jar with the rounded knob. I would highly recommend, great quality, very well packaged and good value for money.
