Great replacement for the Oculus joystick drift!
Great replacement, even better because its a 4-pack, I've heard that if you buy a 2 pack there's a chance that even the new joysticks will come a defect so why not just buy 4 in case?

Great joysticks -- if the ones you get both work!
I have taken apart my Quest 2 controllers twice before to directly clean the factory joysticks with contact cleaner, but after two years of daily VR my left controller drift was very bad. It had gotten to the point that anytime I would move forward/up and let go of the stick it would detect full down/back movement.I ordered these sticks knowing I could easily put them in. My first batch had a bad joystick with stick drift going towards the lower right. I simply informed amazon and they sent me another pack right away. In the meantime I reinstalled my right controllers old joystick as it still worked fine with a little bit of loose play from two years of wear until the new pack arrived two days later.Upon receiving the new pack, I had yet another joystick with stick drift, this time straight down. Both sticks that have the issue have it about 15%-20% away from center. The sticks work other than this, but it makes them unusable, as in my right controller it causes me to turn to the right and walk slowly backwards with no input.Seems like this product has a QA issue, these sticks should be easy to test before shipping out. My first order came in a large box with another product I ordered, and the second set came alone in a amazon plastic bubblewrap bag. Both packages had no damage, so I don't think this is a shipping damage or handling issue. The joysticks were in their own little bags, and that was placed inside another bag with the rest of the tools. Nothing was damaged in either package.I wish these were sold without the tools. They aren't great tools. I have an iFitIt Pro Tech Toolkit that I use for things like this, and everything in that kit is a HUGE step up in quality from what this kit comes with. You only need a single T-5 Torx bit for to replace the joysticks in the controllers, and a plastic spudger to remove the glue under some of the parts.I also don't like that out of two orders I had a failure each time. 4 joysticks with a 50% failure rate out of the box isn't good. BUT -- the price is decent. I paid just under $14 USD at the time, and it saved me from having to order two new controllers that would have cost $140 before any taxes and shipping. The most annoying thing was thinking TWICE that I was finished, only to have to take the controller back apart each time. This cost me almost an hour of wasted time each time -- 2 hours total.I would not consider this an easy job though -- unless you have taken things apart like game consoles or controllers before I would not attempt this job. It is very easy to break the controllers or brick them by ripping a ribbon cable -- or losing a single screw. The screws are what hold the entire controllers together, losing a single one can be a huge issue. However -- if you don't have a lot of money and are mechanically inclined -- go for it as long as you can get two of the joysticks for under $20. Any more than that it isn't worth the hassle.

Perfect for Oculus quest 2 controller
let me start by saying I've been dealing with the stick drift for about a month. I've become so used to it I'm able to still play with it but it is a bit annoying. I've tried everything! Zeroing in the joystick did not do anything at all. It was only my left controller. Looking online I found thisI had found a video on youtube, about 5 minutes showing how to do it. It's pretty simple just don't lose the screws! And keep track of where you took them out of.Is drawing a simple diagram of the top of the remote, and actually push the screws through the paper to hold them in place so I knew exactly where they came fromWorks perfect! Just like new. I was worried I was going to have to buy a new controller. They're like $150 new! That's crazy SMH. It would have force me to just get an upgraded system since I'm going to have to buy a new one anyway. But this work perfect. Came with the tools for it and everything. Just take it easy getting the face plate off around the buttons as there is an adhesive. Also the ring that goes around the controller has a little bit of glue. Just take it easy! Don't break anything

100% Failure Rate
I replaced the joysticks in both controllers with these. The left controller had slight forward/ left drift immediately. I wrote to the seller for help and asked if it could be a faulty install or a defective part. They have not replied, despite having adequate time to do so. Now, a week or so later, the right controller has developed drift as well. So, two out of two replacements have failed. There are still two more replacements in the set, but I am hesitant to invest another 90 minutes on repairs. Worst part is I barely use the joysticks. I play one game and it doesn't use joysticks except for a spectator mode, where I would prefer to hover in one place, but can't with stick drift. Otherwise, I only use them for menu navigation, which is difficult because the menu is constantly scrolling. One star for getting my complete order to me. Zero for customer service and zero for quality.
