The media could not be loaded. Completely water tight, my phone was completely protected from the water. Very safe. Brilliant for the price, perfect for other things like cards or ID when out in the water. I used this every day for over a week and my phone never got wet. Had so much fun recording under the sea without needing to buy a GoPro or other expensive camera. These things are great!

I had the unfortunate event if my canoe tipping over. Luckily my phone was in this case or else it would have been soaked! The phone was completely dry and not a drop of water leaked through!

Got this for a carbbean holiday, in particular for snorkelling. The product does keep the phone dry perfectly well but the issues start once you're in the water. It is virtually impossible to use it once you're in. You accidentally hit buttons, end up stabbing frantically to cycle through camera options etc.In my case i set it for video and dipped under the water only to discover that it must have accidentally hit another button do i had to surface and try to get back to video while thrashing about with my lifejacket on and waves coming and going. So not a success for me.However, a couple of things to help you fare better.1. Start the video before you dip under the water. Once you’re under its hard.2. To stop the phone pouch becoming detached I put it inside the front of the lifejacket. Big mistake as dragging it out caused the hitting random buttons issue. So just rely on the lanyard and kerp it loose.EDIT: In the interests of fairness and since I now use it the way I've described above I've edited this review to give it an extra two stars. With the correct workflow this is a decent piece of equipment.

It feels really solid. As you can see, photos through the plastic are very very clear. Not a problem with a touch screen at all and fits perfectly my Google pixel 8 Pro. Unfortunately not been tried yet. Underwater as I'm waiting to go on holidays with it in 2 weeks

Really good purchase. This size allows you to fit Google Pixel 8 pro with casing inside or Iphone 15 Pro with casing. This is a big relief, as you don't have to switch casings every time.The pouch will protect your phone from salty water and sand as well as spilled drinks.You can also take some nice underwater photos with it.

it's waterproof and easy to seal- I'd only use it in shallow water.i purchased a bouyant wrist strap,as it will start sinking to the ocean bottom if you let it go underwater.- usability,the water tends to interfere with the touchscreen somewhat,and if your snorkeling,you have to take it in and out of the water to stop or start your phone camera..I think you can solve this by lowering the sensitivity of your touchscreen.gives a good clear video or photo though.. not a bad product

I've never used these before but they performed well on a 2 hour kayaking trip. Very pleased with them and would recommend. One used for a Google pixel phone and the other for an iPhone. Also kept our money dry.

I bought these for my holiday. It works well but you need to close it very carefully otherwise the water would go in it.

We have the Samsung galaxy 22 ultra. We were pleasantly surprised to see that it fit even with an Otterbox case. Image is clear and touchscreen works well through the plastic. As long as you're not zooming for a photo, it's a perfect protection pocket
