Product is great, PS5 is dumb, you have to transfer files off of the Playstation on the the external hard drive, you CANNOT play games off of it like you could of PS4

Was worth every penny. Bought for my brother and he loves it. The storage capacity is 4TB so you'll have more then enough space to store games. It's a good backup device and really reliable. The compatibility is for ps4 games to play and ONLY STORE PS5 games on. It's very easy to use.

The hard drive worked fine for two days, and then just completely stopped working. The light was turning on but it would not connect to my PS5 and tried to repair itself but continued to not work. I tried to fix it and it sounded like the fan was messing up.

I originally bought this for ps5 but I reformatted it and converted it to be able to function for pc and over all its a great storage and no negative thought or concerns for the product it is simple to set up you can plug it right in to pc/ps5 and also it requires it's on power supply which it included with the storage it comes with a usb-a to usb-c cable I recommend a usb-c to usb-c cable for better performance for daily needs

it is basically plug and play. we added this to the ps5 for more storage the only down side is unlike the ps4 you have to move the games to the console when playing if you add more games to the console you have to move them to this unit for storage.

I saw a previous review and it said it doesn't work with PS5. It DOES. you just can't directly download PS5 games to the HDD. You have to download the PS5 game to the SSD then go into storage settings and transfer it. PS4 games can be directly downloaded to this HDD. A little disappointing but it DOES work. Also helps to have a fast internet. Took me a couple days to download all my games and I do have a lot. But this does work and I am completely satisfied. I am thrilled it even looks like the PS5 too, match made in gaming heaven.

The only thing I find wrong with this it's don't shut off on its own after your done with you must manually shut it off

I love the weight and speed of this external drive. People complain about not playing games directly from it but in the description that is clearly stated. I'd rather move a game between my internal PS5 storage to play later and back again in a matter of minutes, rather than wait hours to download it from the internet. Unless you have ultra fast expensive Giga internet services, this will cut your wait time to play previously downloaded games down to a fraction of the usual installation time. Highly recommended and it comes with an awesome 2 year manufacturer's warranty!

Excellent produit, le seul bémol c'est de que la prise du transfo d’alimentation est en fiches américaines et ce qui oblige à racheter un adaptateur !!!!! Il est vrai que sur la photo du descriptif il y a bien le transfo avec des fiches plates mais je pensais que vu qu'il était livré en France il serait aux normes européennes, raté. Mais ça reste un bon produit. Je suis quand même satisfait.

La prise courant du transformateur n'est pas une prise européenne mais par défaut elle est au normes USA et Britannique, sinon c'est un bon produit
