I love this company! I had to cover the customs fees that were more than the shipping fees that I paid. I emailed FAMILOCS and they offered to give me a refund or a credit for the extra unexpected fees. They also did not blame the president or his administration for making these issues. They simply handled the issue with a solution 👏🏿 this is why I will be shopping with them for anything I need deadlock related. The hair is soft or kinky, however you want it, they have it. There's no smell but I always advise washing it anyway. There's no shedding when installed. The thickness is as stated and the hair is just like natural hair so the end result is sleek and beautiful. Best hair for the price

Great product. Used hair to start my locs. Love the texture and it is not heavy on my head. When wet hair curls beautifully. Very durable and has hair style is full and natural looking.

If you’re looking to make loc extensions I believe this is a good human hair to use to make them, but if you’re looking to use this hair to do mini twist I don’t recommend. The hair isn’t uniformed in length some pieces are really shorter than some. The hair does have some sort of black dye or something not sure what it is, so definitely wash it before using. Other than that loved how my loc extensions came out.

When this hair arrived I was excited to start micrlocs, after opening the first pack I realized there were a bunch of tiny pieces less than a inch long, so I decided to make some locs for extensions, oncei finished making 120 locs, I began installing them I realized it was super itchy like synthetic hair, after I completed the install I figured the hair may soften and the itchiness may stop I was wrong ,,, I dipped in hot water, washed ,conditioned, and this hair was soft while wet and got hard after drying .. this was a waste of my money and I am very disappointed this hair is so hard and itchy I haven't had them but 2 days 2nights and I can't wait to take them down as my hair is only about an inch and a half I may have to shave this hair out for relief of itching,,,, i should have never interlicked tbis gair in my head 😢 Words of advice-do your research before purchase ,,, no stars..

I've used 3 different brands of afro kinky hair. The first was from Locsanity and the other by Royal Tight or something like that. The Royal Tight one was horrible and the Locsanity was no better which I was surprised of because so many people recommend it. They were both super rough and didn't feel like human hair. But this one by Famililocs was so much better! The hair was actually 12 inches. Although there were a lot of scraggly pieces and I had a lot of hair that I couldn't use. But this order came with 5 packs of hair and in each one was about 5 small layers of bundles. I used these to add thickenness and length to my twists and I'm letting them turn into locs. The hair matched perfectly with my 4c hair and was soooo soft. I was incredibly surprised. I only had to use about 2 packs and half of a 3rd one if that. I'm glad I'll have plenty of hair to fix up my locs once they start to form and mature. I highly recommend this brand 😊 I'll try to pdate on how they look in a few months once my hair starts to forms into locs.

So when I used the hair it definitely is tiny little pieces of hair that you have to piece together . I used it for microlocs but it was very time consuming just to piece the hair together and then it really isn’t as soft as I thought it would be . It’s not terrible but I don’t think I would recommend it to someone .

I bought this hair to extend my braidlocs and it’s great. It’s got the kinky texture I was looking for to blend into my natural hair. There was some waste with this hair but most of it was usable. I would buy it again if I had another style that required human bulk hair. As for length, it is on the shorter side. You will never have the full length in any of the pads. It’s fits the bill if you’re willing to work with the patches.

Great used once

The hair was much shorter than the 16 inches I bought. Lots of unusable small pieces. Returned as this was the second time I'd bought this hair and had the same issue.

Hair was ok but had lil small peace’s that made the job a lil hard and the length wasn’t long enough

This look like scap hair, no 10 inches smaller pcs made in the shape of square I m do disappointed.

Alors franchement je suis absolument pas satisfaite , j’ai commandé la boîte entière avec le peigne et les 3 crochet, je n’ai malheureusement reçu que les cheveux. j’ai payer il me semble 120 $ pour un article incomplet. cependant les cheveux m’ont l’air de très bonne qualité et je vous en remercie malgré tout , n’empêche que je ne pense pas recommander.
