This product is perfect for anybody who needs rechargeable batteries
I've been using this product for three years now, and it still works just like when it was brand new out of the box. These batteries come pre-charged, so you can take them out of the packaging and stick inside your electronic device and use it, just like you would with a non-rechargeable alkaline battery from the supermarket. When you're done using the charge, you can place them in a suitable battery charger that charges Ni-Mh batteries, and it will take as long as your charger requires to make them useable again. The good thing that set these apart from other brands I've used is that they don't start losing capacity after recharging a few times. I felt that they held their capacity well over time, which is great, because then you don't have to throw what seems to be good batteries away and buy them again.I use these models in a variety of things, such as a milk frother for making cappuccino, digital photo camera, voice recorder, Xbox 360 controller, Wii controller, digital clock, portable iPod speakers, portable beard trimmer, and other electronics I have. All the devices I used with these have worked just like they did with alkaline batteries that I buy from the grocery store.I charge them in a super-fast 15-min charger that heats them up due to the quickness in which it charges the batteries, and the eneloops still work perfectly. It's not healthy to overheat batteries, but the eneloops cope well with my fast charger.I never buy other brands anymore, I found that paying a little bit extra saved me money in a period of 12 months, whereas with other cheaper rechargeable batteries I always had issues about them losing capacity after three or four charges, these ones never do, and they also hold charge over time. I tested them for a long time and I can attest to their superior quality. Please do yourself a favour if you're looking for good rechargeable batteries, and buy these, because you deserve not having to deal with dying cameras in the middle of a party because of shoddy batteries.

Decent rechargable batteries that seem to last well
These batteries seem a bit better than others that I have used. They seem to keep working for a longer period. So far I am satisfied and happier than with other rechargeable batteries that I have used in the past that have not lasted long.

I'm a devout follower
Having used these for almost a year now, I can testify that the hype isn't overstated. I haven't made any scientific tests or the like, but every use has convinced me.I put the first set in my camera december 2008, and although I'm not running around taking pictures all the time, I'm using it frequently when I visit my young son. He is 2 yo and loves to play with the camera watching all the pictures on the lcd screen and trying to take pictures on his own. Still the first set lasted about half a year, and when they eventually faded out I put in the replacements, and they had not been charged in the meantime and they still run!! It's unbeliveable, but I do believe :-)And at the moment you get a pack of 4 for just 6.45. That's a bargain, although I don't know how long that lasts, but I just increased my stock with 48 more and use them for everything. It is not only Sanyo who makes these kind of low drain Nimh, but I have only used Eneloops so I cannot say how they fare compared to the real competition, but compared to standard Nimh, it's hardly a competition, regardless of their claimed capacity. I simply don't understand why standard Nimh are still being produced.

AA batteries for the 21st Century
I like many people am fed up with an endless succession of different chargers. So now we are a happy household with zillions of things that all require AA batteries.THE ONLY PROBLEM was that the rechargeables tended to bleed so f you charged up and then went off to photograph a week or more later they tended to have partially discharged. Not these little beauties .... they stay charged for weeks and weeks and last FAR longer than ordinary rechargeables with 2700MASo get these IMMEDIATELY. I then use a Pentax K200D SLR , my kids all use Canon A640 or somesuch and we have less clutter ... Also in an emergency you can carry Lithiums ..... PERFECT

Highly recommended
I recently bought a Pentax K-x which, unusually for a DSLR, uses AA batteries. Several reviews suggested that battery life in the Pentax K-x was poor unless one used non-self discharging batteries such as Sanyo Eneloops, so I bought some. I am very pleased with the result, as these batteries seem to go on forever, and have the added advantage that, once recharged, they stay recharged, so you know whether your batteries are full or not. My wife is now also using them in her Fuji Finepix, which always used to suffer from short battery life. One minor disadvantage is that, with the dedicated Sanyo Ni-MH battery charger, they do take at least 14 hours to recharge, but I don't consider this a great hardship, so they still get five stars from me.

Especially useful for Digital Cameras
My Canon AA digicam had problems with alkaline batteries. Always marked them as empty after 30-50 shots.Tried several rechargeables I had (phillips, energizer) but they couldn't work in the camera, although fully charged out of the charger! After reading an article about how cameras interpret voltages, I though I should try Eneloops. Eneloop (and some other hybrid batteries) loose their peak voltage at a different rate than ordinary cells. They start with about 1.3 volts and keep it at that level for a much much longer time than the typical rechargeable that continuously drop their voltage to 1.25v, 1.20v, 1.15v etc. Every camera has a cut off voltage that shuts itself down in order to protect the battery and its electronics. If a camera has a cut off voltage of 1.10v, then with ordinary cells, will perform a shut down in a matter of minutes (especially if your camera is older). With Eneloops, the voltage keep staying in the higher levels (1.15-1.30) for a much much longer period. And recovers much faster from a flash shot (a high drain drops instantly the voltage of the cell)Please try it yourself and use your old camera again!

eneloop great product
i have many NiMh batteries that have a little greater amp hour rating than the eneloop .. but i find you can rarely use that extra capacity .. reason, the standard batteries self discharge quickly and in a week or so you cant depend on them .. you have to charge them just before you use them and thats inconvenient.. now comes the eneloop .. i love them .. you can charge them and not use them for months .. then you can depend on them to be at nearly full capacity when they are needed .. so you actually realize more usefull capacity than the others .. you dont have to charge them as often so the life time goes up .. they also can be recharged many more times than standard NiMh batteries again increasing useful life .. wouldnt it be great to have batteries like the eneloop in your cordless drill some day .. how many times has your drill been dead just when you need it (always in my case) .. with the eneloop you need only charge them once a year or so .. and its always ready when you are .. i cant wait until these batteries are available in such equipment.. the eneloop is working so well for me that i am replacing all my AA and AAA NiCd and NiMh and even some primary lithiums (photography) .. my flashlights are now eneloop and i dont worry about using them a lot or just storing them for an emergency .. its nice to have them always ready and dependable .. i guess you can say "i am a very happy customer" ..
