I recently picked up these renewed Samsung Galaxy Buds 2 Pro and I have zero regrets – they're fantastic! The Hi-Fi sound is crystal clear with deep bass and immersive 360 Audio that makes music, podcasts, and calls feel premium. The active noise cancellation does an excellent job blocking out distractions, whether I'm working, commuting, or just relaxing. The comfort fit is spot-on with the right ear tips – they stay secure during movement, and the IPX7 water resistance gives peace of mind for workouts or light rain. Conversation Mode is a smart touch; it seamlessly lowers the volume and lets ambient sound in when someone talks to you – super handy in daily life. Occasionally, there's a minor beep noise (maybe from ANC adjustments or notifications), but it's rare and not disruptive at all – definitely not enough to be an issue. For a renewed unit, the build quality looks and feels like new, battery life holds up great, and pairing with my Samsung phones is effortless. Overall, these have genuinely elevated the audio in my life – richer, more detailed sound everywhere I go. Highly recommend if you're looking for flagship-level earbuds at a great price! I had a Buds Pro I got a few years ago, and then I guess they fell out of my pocket while I was out because they're gone. So I got these. Fit feels a little better than the Pros did, but I'm probably imagining that. Connects to the wear app easily and well, allowing control such as changing from surround sound to ambient sounds. Love that you can turn off touch controls. My ears are garbage at holding buds in so I constantly have to push them back in. (It's not an incorrectly sized ear-tip. Large is way too big, medium doesn't get a perfect grip. Broken ears.) I will admit I haven't tried the call option, as I seldom get calls, and haven't at all while wearing them. I do know the original Pros worked great though. Just tested it calling someone. Both of us noticed no sound issues. They didn't know I wasn't using my phone and they sounded normal to me. I am kinda sad color-wise. The original Pros had a like, glittery-ness to them, the the buds themselves were mirror-like. These are just a plain pastel purple, which I still like but don't think is as pretty. However, I think part of that is the material on the outside of the box is more tacky. The originals were smooth, and I imagine the change was to keep them from easily falling out of your pocket. The biggest issue is, if you have the white or purple, they smudge visibly easier. I had hoped that the find your earbuds option was for if you misplaced the whole thing, but it's simply for if you drop a bud and cant find it, which is disappointing. I can't give a good estimate on battery life. I just spent the past twenty minutes in a call and the buds went down 5% I don't use them a lot because I'm disabled so I don't go out much, and I've never looked at the battery% once I was done. I will say my box is still at 21% after using them for probably around 15-18 hours, so that's not bad at least.

TECH_KINGS are blatantly dishonest and I do not recommend. I don't tend to leave negative reviews but these arrived in absolutely horrible condition, not at all the "excellent" that was promised. Arrived in a beat-up, partially crushed box. The case itself was covered in scratches and dents. Upon opening it I found mysterious white residue all over borh earbuds, and the inside of the case was written on with sharpie. After testing them I found that the earbuds work occasionally but frequently produce a jarring static sound before they cease working at all. They kept pausing my audio at random and would not register any touch commands at all. System diagnostic revealed *at least* the battery, touch sensors, and ear-detection are all broken, meaning the microphone and speakers can't even have diagnostics run on them at all since they don't even register as being out of the case, but it seems the microphone doesn't pick anything up at all. Paying for these at nearly market price, this is actually bordering on a scam. These earbuds are disgusting, damaged, and defective. TECH_KINGS is the company reaponsible for refurbishing them and Amazon clearly could not care less about making sure they are honoring their listings. I am honestly amazed at how shamelessly they sent me a device of very poor quality at best while promising excellent quality. I am honestly suprised (and admittedly not dully convinced) they aren't fake altogether. Hopefully I didn't get some kind of biohazard in my ears and on my hands from handling these. I will be returning them immediately and I wish I could give zero stars. While some reviews seem positive, I personally would advise anyone reading this not to take the risk of wasting your time and money with this company.

Work great. Got mine refurbished and its like a new set. I love it. Fits fine, noice cancelling and sound is great. Controls are simple and very sensitive. Don't have to hit hard. Well worth the price. Once or twice they wouldn't connect. I put it back in the box, closed, pulled out, put back in and it was fine. Not a big deal.

I decided it was time to buy myself some wireless buds and a friend recommended Galaxy Buds. So I did some research and found the 2 Pro seemed like my best option, but they were pretty expensive, then I discovered Amazon refurbished! I bought mine refurbished like new. When I got them, the case and tiny gaps in the buds did still have traces of earwax so I cleaned them up with rubbing alcohol, no big deal. They looked great regardless. I also had to reset them so they weren't still connected to the previous owner. Minor oversight for the price I got these beauties for. I mainly use these at work so I can't have more than one in at a time which is important since the ambient and noise canceling features don't work unless you're using both. First, the way the buds fit in my ear block sound out really well without the noise canceling feature. Sometimes I have to readjust the position so they don't hurt my ear but once they're in place, they're snug. It is a little hard to get them back out since they conform so well to the shape of my ear, so I've dropped it a few times. They bounce but are resilient so no damage so far. Also, I have them programmed so the volume is controlled by long presses so I accidently long press the touch pad when removing them and often put them back in to either loud or silent music depending on the ear I'm using. The tap feature is responsive but you need to be precise, however, one tap instead of the intended two simply pauses the tunes. No big deal there. This is my first pair of bluetooth buds so I'm not sure if it's normal, but these can tell when they're in your ear and will stop the music when you take them out. The battery life even without the noise cancelling feature isn't enough to last the whole day without being put back in the case, but a quick 10 minutes in the case charges them up quite a bit and the power in the case allows me to go days without plugging it in. Not to mention, using just one means I can switch it out if it goes battery low. Overall, I love these buds. Buying refurbished saved me so much money on a quality product that I will be using until I break them or they die. Worth it!

Great classic fit, no posts to deal with. Tons of options in the dedicated app, sounds great. Highly recommend, have several pairs. My favorite earbuds!

Bought on 02/15/25 at about 11:55pm and it came fast...it was here by 02/16/25 between 8-10am. I'm coming from using the "Samsung Galaxy Buds+" and "Samsung Galaxy Buds2" which i have had for 5 and 4yrs+ respectively. I love to stick with things and i love comfort and i don't like the unpredictability of new things. My Samsung Buds2 tip got spoiled plus it's no longer as loud, while working out last week, the left side of my Buds+ went out. I did everything i could and even called Samsung to no avail. I have small ears and so i really loved my previous buds. I was really apprehensive towards these ones being that they don't look as compact as the last ones I own. When i got them, they did not have the original box, so i was even more apprehensive and thought to myself I will surely be returning this. BUT, upon opening it, it was clean and no visible damage or anything. So far, the sound quality blew my mind immediately i put it on, I got chills. Also, upon taking a picture of it on my S24+ to leave this review, it automatically gave me option to pair(interesting). I hadn't had it on for long before the battery ran out but i can't comment on this because i do not know if it was fully charge(update later on this). The fit is also something I'll have to get used to as my ears are small(I loved the fit of the Buds+ better). It also has some settings that are not available on the other sets i have such as -"Voice Detect"(reduces volume if it detects your voice incase you are having a conversation while listening so you don't have to take them off) -"Head tracking"(adjusts volume according to how you turn your head) -Neck Stretch reminders(incase you bend your head too much looking at your screen). Now i waiting a few days to post this review( 03/02/25). I'd have to say although i really love the sound quality, but i have to constantly adjust it in my ears alot more than i did my last two especially when i go jogging/running. Literally every few seconds. Annoying...but I don't think I'll return it because i don't have a better audio option for the price point at this time. Also, it doesn't have the volume touch controls like the previous ones. 07/06/25: Update. This is a long overdue update. Now i get why it was on refurbished sale. The earbuds are horrible for calls which are very important for me. No one can here me on the phone if i use them which is pretty annoying since it was one of the most important reasons i bought them.

It works great! I bought it refurbished and it definitely an upgrade from the original Buds Pro! Better noise canceling, sound and better design as well! It does work with older models such as the Samsung Galaxy S21 FE. The case fells so nice but can easily get scratched if left in pocket with car keys and other hard objects. Battery life is not bad at all, as both buds can last 2+ hours or more, even if you you use it longer and the battery dies out, it charges super quickly. The case should charge the earbuds 3 around full battery cycles, more or less. I've read reviews about the bad comfort from the Buds 3 so I chose this one, refurbished. Good as new!

Compre unos que decían que estaban en calidad de excelente pero excelentemente puercos parece que los habían arrastrado hechado a la tierra tirado todos puercos de todos lados ni les hicieron nada y namas los metieron asi en la caja de renovados hasta se veían algo oxidados de donde carganse que es de ver que te llega peor ya es pasarse la neta ya pedi mi reembolso.y espero que si me lo den

It's a nice product, refurbished but u can say that only by original box that was open. But it came in sealed original box 📦 inside was looking like new /as well as the cable was packed as new too I was worried about how buds will fit in my ears but it's totally perfect fit that I ever had, never fall down , so perfect foe the running as well. Clear sound in Metro/Bus For better experience of the sound have to go to Wear app and put settings as you like manually, u have 2 types of the touch controls, set them as u like👍

El artículo se ve muy bien, tiene mucha calidad el refugio es muy limpio, no lo notas, solo no trae caja original y agregan un cable de carga genérico. Lo UNICO malo es que no agregan las almohadillas solo el par instalado y las que llegaron fueron las más chicas y no me quedaron. Tendré que conseguir unas del tipo original porque son especiales.

Muy buen producto, no llego dañado o maltratado. Ningún detalle estético y hasta ahorita funciona muy bien. No trae sus gomas de repuesto, de otros tamaños. Solo me llegaron los audífonos con un cable tipo c para poderlos cargar
