Great little dust caps, they look stunning, fit nice and quick delivery. However you do need a bit of grease when you first put them on your wheels. and make sure everything is clean and shiny, the slightest bit of dirt will cause a massive headache later on.

While these do fit and will do the job they are not as deep as standard car/ van caps and leave much more thread exposed. They will still do a good job of keeping muck out of the actual valve though.

My motorcycle tyres kept losing pressure over time, not a massive amount, just a couple of psi every few months but there were no punctures in the tyre or the tube. I check my motorcycle tyre pressures religiously, they're much more important in terms of safety than checking car tyre pressures, and was starting to get frustrated not knowing why they were losing pressure.I decided slight air loss through the valve must be the cause and the standard black plastic caps weren't helping keep a tight seal.I ordered these which are well made, solid metal with a large o-ring at the top of the cap to help keep a tight seal. I applied a small amount of grease to the valve thread and screwed these on and so far haven't noticed any loss in pressure so I'm hoping I've solved the problem.

PLEASE DON'T BYE. THEY JUST RUST ON TO VALVES. AND END UP HAVING TO PAY FOR NEW VALVE. NOT HAPPY AT ALL...... BE WARNED EVERYONE....

After a few months I needed to top up the air in one of my tyres. I couldn’t get these caps off. They seemed to have fused onto the valves. I have since discovered others have had the same experience with metal caps and I had to cut them off with a hacksaw.They do look great and maybe I was just unlucky but I have gone back to plastic caps.
