Will it fit 4070ti gpu?

I was able to fit the Asus Tuf 4070 OC, Kinda have to angle it in and you will find to only be able to use one side fan orientation if you purchased the mesh variant. Hopefully both the gpus are of the same size.

Can the feet be removed? I would like to use this case in a horizontal configuration without it looking too awkward under my desk.

The feet can definitely be removed. I am unsure of what is underneath of them or what the finish would look like underneath

can i install a 360 liquit frezzer

the factory 140 mm fans that are in the front of the case can be relocated to the top of the case and a 360 radiator can be placed in either the front or the top. for my build I put the 2 140s in the top and the 360 setup in the front.

What is the max cpu cooler height?

I have a 360 in the front of mine and I believe you could have put that 360 on the top or in the front
