Magsafe is a 'new' feature on iPhones which allows the phone to clamp to a charging device, wallet, stand etc to easily keep your phone attached to it.For those of us on Android we have to buy a new case, but these cases are often quite ugly or they're just not in the style we want and this is where these rings come in. Essentially they are just metal rings with 3M like sticky tape on the back that you attach to the back of your phone or existing case. The rings themselves aren't magnetic but the charger/stand itself should be magnetic and thus will stick to the phone.I'm using this on a Pixel 7a with a rigid TPU style case with a smooth back. I affixed this to the back of the case and I'm using a Choetech wireless charger, a nobrand magsafe power bank, a car magsafe holder and also a desk stand to attach my phone to.I tried it first stuck to the phone underneath the case and with the case I have it's just too much to remain magnetic and will not hold tightly to any of the accessories. So mounted on to the back of the case it sticks absolutely fine.Couple of tips:* The pull of the magnet on the charger can be so good that when taking it off the charger it actually pulls the ring off the phone as it's got a more powerful pull than the 3M tape. This especially happens if you try it before giving the ring time to stick. Therefore I'd recommend affixing the ring to the phone and really rubbing over it to help the adhesive and then leave for 24 hours before attaching it to anything. I did this on the second ring I tried and it's come off in over a month.* Your type of case will depend on how well this works. If the back of your case is grooved or doesn't have a smooth surface the ring will not adhere very well to it and will likely fall off in time.* The ring itself is not magnetic unlike the Apple Magsafe case - therefore if the accessory you have isn't particularly powerful the connection won't be as strong. In particular you'll probably find cheap chargers not great. I have the Choetech which sticks to it and you can literally dangle the phone from the charger and it isn't going anywhere. But I bought a cheap Magsafe power bank from Temu and the magnets in that are weak and so it regularly falls off or doesn't align properly and stops charging.Overall though these are good value for money and as long as you've got the right kit it'll make the experience great!Hope my review helped you!

It was so useless.... it's definitely a cheap tape that's been used. I used it on my charger and the phone dislodged from the charger.... the tape is now stuck to my charger and the phone has nothing on it!!! I've ruined my charger now as I can't seem to get it off my charger.

Bought these to attach to a phone cover for my iPhone as it didn’t have the magnetic attachment. Was easy to apply, very durable and strong. Fits the phone and ring holder perfectly. Good value for money just incase any other cases don’t come with the magnetic holder.

Adhesive is a bit weak. Magnet strength means you pull the ring off if the surface it’s attached too isn’t grabby (is that even a word?)

The media could not be loaded. Arrived this morning and attached one to the back of one of my cases. I cleaned the case first and then applied the ring. It has 3m adhesive which is one if the best in the market. The rings are higher quality than I expected for the price..I am using an apple magsafe wallet that I got on sale in a local store and it stays put with no movement at all. Very impressed so far. Qi charger(non magsafe) works perfectly throught it too.

They do a job BUT the glue holding the ring to the surface allows the ring to be pulled off when you remove phone from charger. Also the magnet is not very strong and can lead to phone falling from charger if not positioned correctly or if you accidentally knock it

You get 6 in a pack and you will need them. I went through 3 in the 1st week as they fell off.Not sticky and poor quality . Not worth £8.

Minimal surface for the 3m adhesive to adhere onto so charger's magsafe magnet rips off the ring from the case.Unfortunately the rings do not allow a sufficient magnetic hold when applied inside a case so it's the worst of both options. Can use superglue or araldite in place of the 3m adhesive but ultimately they're not really fit for purpose
