I bought this product because our Firestick is constantly asking us to remove apps due to storage space. Honestly, we don’t use a ton of Apps and we don’t download any content. So, I was hopeful that this would be a solution to the problem. However, not many apps that we use could be added to the expandable memory. I feel like it was my fault for not reading the fine print. This was an “it’s 4 am and I can’t sleep” type of purchase- so, I didn’t give it a thorough read before I added it to my cart. However, the product is compact and it doesn’t have a ton of wires sticking out or hanging down from our TV- which is a definite plus. Oh, and since I’ve gotten it, the Firestick does not display those annoying warnings anymore that ask us to delete apps and free up space. So that is another plus. So, it’s a good product and I’m sure it works in some way to expand the memory, but it wasn’t what I thought I was buying and that’s on me.

There were no instructions for this but it's pretty easy to figure it out, the SD reader took a few goes in and out before the fire stick picked up the additional storage. Does what it says on the tin with a little bit of faf.

There are no instructions so I connected it the way I thought it should go but no luck. I don’t know if it’s not connected correctly or just doesn’t work. A schematic of how it should be connected would really help.
