So I bought this but it only comes with a 32 MB SD card and I wanted more memory so I changed it over to a 256 MB but the camera would not let me format it. So I tried contacting the company through auto sky and also the information on the back of the instruction manual heard absolutely nothing from them. But Amazon actually helped me out , if you buy this camera, I want to change the SD card you need to make sure that the power cables are disconnected. Then you need to wait 5 to 7 minutes put the new SD card in and plug back in the power cords. Then it should let you format your SD card, if it doesn’t work the first time, try it again. Thank God for Amazon customer service and tech-support. Don’t even bother trying to get a hold of the company because they’re useless contacted them numerous times got no answer but the camera works really well and just because the company is crap, doesn’t mean their product is .

I used to always have a dash cam. Like insurance, you hope you never to use it. I ended up having to use mine, now I always have one.I like the auto sky cam. It have a good picture. It lacks audio clear audio, but there is enough clarity that it is fine. Wish it felt a little more solid built. Seems to be a bit heat sensitive and gets hot on its own easily but doesn't seem to be a major issue.Overall it's not bad, for the price, it's actually better than other high price ones I have owned. Liked I didn't have to do a lot to set up, and with loop recording the sd card is more than enough memory without having to search throw several hours of video to find one thing. The sensitivity of the video lock it spot on, and doesn't trigger over every single bump.

I bought my original dash cam in 2018. I didn't install it for a year. I was afraid someone would break in my car just to steal it. I finally did install it. It was large and made of metal and too heavy for the suction cup to hold it. It would last maybe 2 weeks before it fell off. I ended up using epoxy to hold it in place. It cost 79 dollars. When somebody ran into me, the video proved it was their fault. But when I tried to put the card back in it no longer worked.I bought this small inexpensive one because a large dash cam is a draw back. I don't ever look into the screen , So the smaller the better. You have to read the instruction manual very carefully. It's all there, but you have to push the buttons in exact sequence. I set it up for 3 minute loops. It's easy to save loops with a single button push. Nice and small and lite weight.

When I brought this camera 2023. It was for my husband I thought it was great. It needed a cord from the rear camera to the front that didn't come in the package. I tried to contact the supplier they didn't help. My husband tried a few cords that didn't work .Then the time frame expired to send back. I do t recommend it

Camera works well and does what it should for the price. I've had it for about a year my only complaint is that it's very difficult to get the files because the camera records in AVI and you have to convert them. I was unable to send the converted files to my insurance because they had been 'altered'. I will upgrade sometime soon to one that records in MP4.
