Esschert Design EG21 Wasp Trap Clear Hobnail Glass, Large

Worked wonderfully for trapping yellow jackets that were attracted to fruit trees in my yard. Put fruit preserves and sugar water in the jars and caught more than I could count in just the first week they were hung up. Thick glass in a pretty vintage design.

This wasp trap is bigger and nicer that I expected. It's pretty, too. Haven't caught any wasps yet, though.

Attractive but not effective

Love this item! It really does work. Had an issue with wasps trying to build nests at both the front and back doors and they had to go! This did the trick!!

The little glass legs that allow insects to crawl inside were so poorly executed as to make the product almost useless [my intention was to have it sitting on a table. It had one full leg, one partial leg and one tiny rise in the glass where the third leg should have been. It is otherwise fine

They collect all kinds of icky bugs including wasps and big ugly flies. It looks nice and have been asked several times where I got them

This is a great way to keep wasps under control. Bumble bees and such stay away. Check it every few days and voila.

Although they are nice yard art, I have not caught a single wasp. Very disappointed.

Die Wespenfallen sehen sehr schön nostalgisch aus! Sie sind aus stabilem Glas. Sie sind allerdings deutluch größer, als andere Wespenfallen und auch ziemlich schwer. Eine Anleitung zur Befüllung liegt bei. Die Wespenfallen haben einen stabilen Drahtbügel, um sie aufzuhängen. Sie waren sehr sicher verpackt. Wären sie etwas kleiner, wären sie perfekt, aber trotzdem volle Sterne!

von unten krabbelt keine Wespe herein, das ist eine Fehlkonstruktion - jede normale Flasche - oben offen - funktioniert besser....

Das Design Vintage der Wespenfalle kann nicht überzeugen. Wespenfallen aus Klarglas, die wir einsetzen, sind weitaus besser zum Anlocken von Wespen geeignet.
