DUNU DN-Titan 5 Hi-Res Audio Titanium Diaphragm Driver In-Ear Earphones with Full Defined Vocal and Clear Imaging Sound

Sound - I have LOTS of earphones and headphones. I have sets costing £200 plus. i was after a 'bassier' earphone but not the type to muddy or bloat. i wanted weight and resolution and that is what i got. i had been trying for ages to get a set with bass like this... i tried RHA M750 (£75), HiSound Wooduo 2 (£60), Aurisonic Rockets (£150) bose £270. No good the rockets got close, but the mids were really poor and thin. Dunu titan5 da best headphones

Excellent in price range. Well made and ergonomic. Very comfortable and easy to insert and remove. Compared to Titan 1 the sound signature is more U shaped with powerful bass and overall more weight. Voices are more natural. Compared to Titan 3 the mids are less forward.

Sound wise these are great. Build quality on the other hand not so great I got them in October and around February the left ear piece was already broken and not working properly and was much quieter than the right ear piece, I thought the problem was with the cable but it was not switched it from Left to Right and it was clear that the left ear piece was not working. If these had better build quality I would recommend buying them but they do not.

Impressive but too harsh and lacking in bass. I felt that these could be outstanding but for me the lack of bass was noticeable and detracted from the overall experience. The detail and crisp sound is impressive, but I felt they were a little too harsh and cold. After a short time listening I found them uncomfortable to listen to certain tracks. If they could even them out a bit to offer a little more bass with a little less harshness they would be be a fantastic option. But right now, I wouldn't bother.

Well made and sturdy, these are the best earphones in their price range. Use them every day for work with my Xperia Z1 after my Sennheiser cx400 cable died after a few months (again! ). Dunu's sound is well-rounded, with pumping bass and clear, analytic mid-tones. They aren't very bright on the hi-tones but this can be corrected with phone equaliser. All in all, a great piece for their price!

Love my Dunu Titan 1 but expected these to be better but they are not. They are supposed to be more bass but no, they are tinny and sound like cheap earphones. They are going back.

Has some bass no over powereing but the bass is present. Mids have good detail but are not the focus of the sound. Highs are great. Sound stage is relatively large, for in ear. Costruction is good. I broke mine, split the shell in half trying to force the carying case closed, i just super glued it together and there back to perfection. The shirt clip is nice,but i found the ear hooks painfull the rubber is to stiff.

After purchasing the Dunu Trident-12 and being beyond impressed with the sound quality and the price, I purchased these. I was a bit undecided as to pick the 3 or 5. After reading hifi reviews the common consensus is that the 3 was vocal and acoustically driven, had less bass and more of a neutral sound. I love vocals but I like a little kick in my music. The 5 defiantly have bass not over done but appropriate per genre of any kind of music. If you are worried about missing out on vocals, clarity or instrumental separation fear not. These have everything. The Dunu line does not disappoint you just can not go wrong. When listening through a Fiio 3 player you are going to get more of a crisp sound with amazing clarity. The bass is still there but transforms into that hi resolution sound. Switch over to iPhone 6 and still clear but takes on a more fun, bouncy dynamic. HTC 10 and wow you will land somewhere in the middle. Conclusion a knock out of the ballpark! True magic at it's best. Absolute recommendation, Corrine

I purchased this as a gift to my wife, after discussion about what "sound profile" she might be looking for. She is thrilled with them, a big upgrade from lower quality random chi-fi IEMs bought previously. I own E-MU Teaks and Sennheiser HD650 for reference-- My only IEM experience is the old UE Super.FI 5 EB. I've only briefly listened to these but they exceeded my expectations as well.

Verarbeitung,Zubehör und Ausstattung ist hochwertig. Habe mir diesen Dunu Titan5 auf Grund der Testergebnisse bestellt da mein "Alter Sennheiser leider Defekt ist" Bin vom Klang mehr als begeistert vom Dunu Titan 5 Kopfhörer obwohl ich noch nicht über hochauflösende Musik verfüge.Als Player verwende ich den ebenfalls sehr zu empfehlenden Fiio X5 .

Super Sound und sehr hohe Qualität. Lassen sich sehr gut tragen ich war sehr zufrieden. Haben jedoch nicht lange gehalten. Funktionierten dann nach zwei Monaten nicht mehr. Eine Seite war stumm. Nach Kontaktaufnahme mit dem Verkäufer bezüglich der Garantie, hat sich dieser nur einmal kurz gemeldet und dann nicht mehr. Sehr sehr schade. Das ist doch ein erheblich hoher Preis und dann soll eine schlechte Behandlung. Bin jetzt sehr unzufrieden.
