Noro Kureyon Yarn

this is a great yarn for making hats or anything else where you want wonderful color patterns. it is not a supersoft yarn but OK for me. the hat I made was spectacular. My only complaint about kureyon by noro and all the other noros is that there are a lot listed on Amazon but very few in stock. I live in the sticks and so my access thru stores is extremely limited. BTW it arrived quickly and well packaged. I would give you a picture of the hat but my daughter already confiscated it saying a hat that great needed a city to wear it in. She loved it! and I have to say i have never seen anything like it. And I didn't really do anything other than knit the hat; the color way in the yarn did the rest.

Noro yarns are 100% wool in amazing colors. The wool is strong , easy to knit, and is dyed with a beautiful color pallette that works up into lovely stripes without changing yarns. I get so many compliments on my afghans, shawls, and scarves.

Noro is one of my favorite yarns, just wish it came with 120 rather 100 yards.

Beautiful colors (pink-dominant), substantial wool. Much nicer than the cheaper color-changing yarn I got at a local store. For the effort you put into knitting something, it's worth spending a few bucks more and not cheaping out on the yarn. It is a tad uneven-it has a bit of a "handmade" look (there was two or three knots in the ball of yarn connecting up shorter pieces - not visible in the final knit piece) and the thickness of the yarn isn't totally uniform. I thought it added to the charm of the finished garment, but if that would bother you, you might want to stay away from this yarn.

I didn’t enjoy the texture of the product it felt more like plastic yarn/ acrylic yarn rather than soft wool . I expected it to be at least 500 yds and it was just 100 yds not happy about it

The description doesn't really explain this, but the yarn varies from thin to thick, so the resulting garment has sort of a bumpy/nubby effect. It's hard to see, but maybe the close-up photo will help. The yarn was easy to work with and I very much like the way this little beanie turned out.

Die Farben und die Qualität sind wie immer wunderschön. Die unterschiedlichen Farben machen das Stricken abwechslungsreich und das Ergebnis lässt sich sehen. Werde ich gern wieder verarbeiten.

もうどこにもなくて探していました。廃番と聞いてあきらめられずにいたのですが、巡り合えてうれしかったです。
