I love that these supplements are small and easy to swallow. I keep them in the freezer so they go down and stay down without any burps. Every member of my family has to take Omega's including the dog so I am very happy to have found a high quality product at a reasonable price. No smell or upset stomach and they seem to have just the right ingredients to make a positive impact on everyone's health needs.

I have trouble swallowing large pills. These are on the small side and easy to swallow. These do not have a bunch of useless fillers. This is a quality supplement.

So far so good. I like that these are smaller capsules. I feel like I just need a maintenance dose as I was taking larger dose capsules for years leading up to this. I had a weird reaction one day, discussed it with my holistic practitioner, and believe it may just be me reaching my limit on what I needed via supplementation. I just take 1 for maintenance.

The mini pills aren't small but they are smaller than the usual Omega 3s and most people will not have difficulty swallowing or apprehension about choking on the larger pills.

These are great! I love that they’re small softgels that are easy to swallow but best of all, they worked for me and greatly improved my hip pain. And such a great price!

I started taking these for my dry eyes/meibomian glands. I didn't expect them to be so effective for my energy levels and mood. But here we are! I chose these because I used to have giant fish oil pills and I eventually stopped taking them because they were so huge and uncomfortable. I wanted something smaller. With these minis, I started by taking one in the morning only, then after a month added one at night also. Adding a second one made a significant difference in my energy levels and now I am committed. Before taking these, I was tired all the time, really burned out, and brain foggy. Just exhausted. Adding a second mini really changed that and I feel myself on the road to recovery. I've noticed no odor and no digestive problems with these. I haven't noticed an improvement in my eyes, either. But I feel really good!

I have been using this product since long time due to benefits of omega 3.
