Defective and wrong item.
I placed an order for intercom (white)with the Amazon. On receiving the product,(in black )it is found that the same is defective and not according to our order placed. Thereafter, I request for replacement of item (intercom) once again, but on 18th July, 23, the courier person from Amazon brought the replacement of the previous item. However, he refused to take back the intercom with the new one intercom which has brought with the view that the both the intercoms are different in colours only. Now I request you to refund the amount urgently.
