This Planner is a Game Changer
While I am sure there are other planners out there similar to this one, and the methods employed throughout are not 100% unique to the Productivity Planner, I still give this planner two thumbs up. I have never been much of a "planner" person. I live and die by Google Calendar, but as far as actual planning goes - it was typically long and exhaustive lists in my Field Notes that had no rhyme or reason. The Productivity Planner has changed that. Here's a basic rundown of what I like about the product: - Quality is great. The cover is very durable and feels great in the hand. The pages are strong and nice to write on. Typeface is very aesthetically pleasing. The bookmark ribbon and elastic book band are nice touches, as well. - I still get to brain dump at the beginning of the week with a list of tasks/goals. Those tasks then get prioritized on a daily basis as you plan your week out. - I like the integration of the Pomodoro Method. While I was aware of this method before getting the planner, I had never employed it and it helps. I am actually on my 15 minute break between pomodoros right now. - There is a lot of self-reflection and evaluation, which in theory will lead to better results. Every day, you rank your productivity 1-10 with a brief explanation. At the end of the week, you look back over the week and review what you've done. Very helpful. - There is a lot of explanation at the beginning of the planner, which I initially balked at because it's like 20+ pages "wasted," but as I read I realized this is actually a strength. Quality content, and kinda funny. - Motivating quotes on every day is a little added bonus. I can't really think of anything bad to say about this planner. So far, it has made me a more productive person and helped me become more organized and mindful of my time. 10/10 would recommend.

Free yourself of endless to-do lists. It's doing it for me.
I heard about this planner from an open-to-new-ideas business consultant who helps big organizations. He had second-hand heard good things of this planner and suggested I check out the planner website. I was skeptical as it seemed too simple; but I was looking for something on the easy-to-have in hand or nearby, and not on my phone where I always get distracted. What you physically get is an elegant hardback journal-style book, with an attached cloth band and another page marker ribbon also attached. It fits easily in a small space on your desk or nightstand, or slips into a laptop bag without having to cram it. I only intended to look at the intro the first night I had it. But in an effortlesss 45 minutes the intro pulled me in, giving the how to and why -that's all there is beside weekly and daily entries - and was prioritizing my first tomorrow. The secret sauce of the book is these introduction/how-to pages. They are a light, airy and an accessible guide that you can easily reference. While there are a few things to fill in, there are no questionnaires or worksheets. These pages quickly ground you on how to pick the right priority in clear managable first actions: in 25 minute bites at a time. Then it simply walks you up to and over a threshold; and you're doing a few of those things you've avoided the next morning. Not sure this is for everyone, but if you're one who puts too many things on a list and avoids the hard ones, give it a try. Within a few minutes you'll winnow things down to the essentials. You can only write a handful of priorities to do each day. And in my case, that freed me to do what was truly rewarding. I am a believer. It was the best $25 I've spent in a long time. I've already sent it to a few others. Each time it was delivered faster than the shipping choice I picked. And Intelligent Change sent a full PDF of the how-to/intro in advance. It's like they trust you with the full recipe in advance. These guys are committed to providing a quality experience. If I could make one suggestion to intelligent Change: offer the cover in a few different bright colors, so it stands out when looking for it. Other than that, you've crafted a superb planner.

After trying all the main planners from various companies, this one is THE BEST ONE!!
I have used SO MANY different planners, by ALL the different popular companies over the last five years. This is the planner I settled with and is absolutely my FAVORITE!! I love the info at the beginning (do NOT make the mistake of thinking you already know the best way to use it and skip over these introductory pages!!!) I love the flexibility in the way you can use the planner to sometimes focus on getting the task just DONE-which is great for my procrastinater self, but is also designed to help you make daily progress on those elephant tasks where you can feel confident about your progress that day-even if you didn’t completely finish the massive project you are working on. It’s flexible for your different needs and mindsets. Some people complain about the money, but honestly it’s less expensive than many of the other planners/goal journals by other companies and yet more effective-so I find this planner absolutely worth it. The size is also great and not too big or bulky to carry it with you throughout the day to jot notes and spur of the moment ideas. The paper and binding is good quality though I do wish it came in a variety of colors, but that would just be icing on the cake. Overall it is my favorite design-especially the daily pages.

Excellent for creative people.
This is a lovely planner for getting over procrastination. Generally, I make a to-do list when thinking of the day ahead. This dives a little deeper and helps you to set goals as well. The quotes are inspiring. The layout is clean and non-cluttered. However, I'm using this as a means to be more productive in my creative endeavors. I already work a steady 9-5 job and require something to schedule my creative time around that. Because of this, I really wish the journal had seven day weeks instead of five. I try to get a little bit of work done in the evenings and then the bulk of my creative time is spent on weekends, so seven days would really be more beneficial. Aside from that, adding in a two-page spread of each month at a glance would allow me to use this planner over all others rather than having to carry two around. If these changes were made, I would buy this planner year after year with no hesitation.

Worth the investment *UPDATE*
I've tried a couple other planners but this one is my favorite. The beginning section teaches you how to use it properly and before every week it gives you space on what you need to accomplish and at the end of every week it lets you review on what you did well and what you need to approve on. I would recommend using this also to keep track of how much you make & spend each day and then do a weekly/monthly analysis to calculate how much you're REALLY making. I'll order again in 6 months. UPDATE: To start 2020 off I ordered a bunch of different planners that would be the best for filling in every day to keep me motivated for hitting my 3 month goal. Some of these I've used in previous years, some I ordered just to compare and contrast in person. Here's my review on the Pro's & Con's to save everyone time from having to do what I did: The Freedom Journal- This one's my favorite for adding to my morning and nightly routine. It starts you off on a 100 day count down to what your goal is and then you fill in what you're grateful for along with your #1 focus for the day, 3 SMART goal priorities, and 5 bullet point action plan. There's room to write down your thoughts throughout the day as well as a nightly review of your wins for the day, your struggles, how you can improve, why tomorrow will be great, and your final thought for the day. You can argue you could simply write all of this in a $1 notebook but by spending $30 on this you'll take it more seriously since you invested into it. Every 10 days you'll set a new micro goal. Not recommended for anyone that doesn't reverse engineer their goals. I also got a yearly planner in addition to this since this one doesnt have dates. Productivity Planner- This is the one I've used time and time again. I like that every sunday night there's a section you can write in the 15 things you have to accomplish in the week ahead and then fill it in advance so when you wake up and flip to that day you know exactly what you have to do. The negatives is that it's 5 days a week instead of 7 so I felt on somedays I was skipping to save more room in the book since you fill in the dates yourself (but gave me a couple days to catch up on since I have a bad habit of giving myself more than I can chew). What seperates this from other planners is that for every goal there's a circle you fill in for every 25 minutes you work on it. So instead of working on a goal endlessly until you cross it off you just set a timer and work 25 minutes at a time before taking a break. This has actually been the most effective technique for me that's missing from all the other planners. I bought a pomodoro clock off Amazon to go with this planner. Phoenix Planner- This one's for advanced users. Perfect for reverse engineering your 3 month goal. It's big so you can easily fill it in every day with your goals, what you're grateful for/ #1 focus as well as schedule out your day, victories, & how you'll improve. Plus a good section for your plan for the week ahead & habit checklist. There's a section in the beginning to manifest your 1 year goal & 12 week vision. If you don't want to bother with all of that go with the planner above or below this one. Clever Fox Yearly Dated Planner- I chose this one to pair with my 100 day challenge in the Freedom Journal so I can have a look at a glance monthly & weekly schedule to plan dates in advance and have a section for my personal to do list (outside of 100 day goal) and habit checklist. I really like that each month is ahead of the following 4 weeks (instead of having all of the weeks and months in there own section like in the Ultimate Achiever's version) and pre-dated with holidays. There's a section in the beginning of the book to write out and manifest what goals you want to fulfill in every life area (finance, fitness, relationships, etc.) Clever Fox Ultimate Achiever's Planner- I'd recommend this to anyone that's goal for the year is to have more balance. You start the day out by writing in your affirmations, what you're grateful & excited for. If I didn't go for both the Clever Fox Yearly Dated Planner & The Freedom Journal I would have gone with this one since it's all in one. You just have to fill in the dates yourself (what I like about them being already filled in is that you're more motivated not to skip a day in order to save a page). The best part about this is that there's a section where you fill in every day what your activity is in these 6 life sections: Health/Fitness, Personal Development, Family & Friends, Fun, Spiritual, & Relationship. If you're just focusing on one thing in the coming months (like starting a business) I wouldn't recommend this because everyday you'll be reminded that you spend too much time working and not enough out with friends having fun or dating. I plan on getting this planner for next year when I start my next chapter. Achieving Autonomy: Strategic Journal For Entreprenuers - I love the fact that this pairs with his book 6 Months to 6 Figures but I feel there's better formatted planners out there to do that on. I'll start out by saying his book changed my life and was the first to inspire me into planning ahead. I've been reading it once every year for the past 4 years and have been using his free online print outs to reverse engineer my 6 month goals in advance. In the past I've used the "Productivity Planner" and was excited to hear he finally came out with his own version. I was hoping this would be more of a cross between the Clever Fox Planner & the Freedom Journal and be something you could fill in every single day until the end of the 6 month goal. (Since in his book he says that everyday he reminds himself of his affirmations & what makes him excited for the day, etc.). Instead it's a week at a glance planner that's really small to fill in which shouldn't be a problem considering this planner is the size of a college textbook. I don't mind a week at a glance planner but I want my planners to be able to lay flat on the table while reading it...instead you have to keep it open like reading a book (although you can push the binding flat just like a textbook but still curved unlike other planners). Seems to me this could have been a free print out on his website and instead put it into a book. I respect the hustle and it is a nice option to have it all prepared in a book but would expect more for the price. If you only have time to reflect once a week instead of every day than this could still be a good option for you. On the plus side there is a check box for your morning routine and some small lines at the bottom of each day to write your wins & how you'll improve. You can also write your goals to the left and see them while looking at your week ahead...but there's only room for one word in the grateful section so it felt more like filling in a homework assignment rather than actually expressing what you feel. I do like the weekly review after each week but I prefer when the weeks & months aren't in different sections. If this book didn't have 1 inch margins so you could write bigger and could lay flat like every other planner on the market than I'd probably use it, but until then I'll use a different planner and just read his 6M26F book to go along with it. If you're a simple person and don't need to write that much every day and just take it one week at a time I could recommend this to read with his book. PLANNER CHEAT CODE: Write how much you make & spend each day in the top right & left hand corners to keep track of what you spend on your budget; and then put it into Google Sheets at the end of each month to track your progress (so you know what to cut back on each month and what profit producing activities to focus more on).

It's more expensive than your regular to-go calender or planner
It's truly an outstanding product. It's well organized & keeps me focused. This is actually my second one. I would recommend it to a friend...& an enemy.

Best Planners out there
I’ve used these notebooks for years, and they’re phenomenal. They’re continual the no dates and the outline for quarterly planning and day-to-day planning is nice and clean. Well organized and structured. There’s nothing out there that I have found that’s better. And it’s reasonably priced.

Changed my life in just one week!
If I can give it more stars I would. I’ve tried out planners before. I thought I found the one a while back (The Performance Planner by Brendon Burchard) and swore by that one. BUT, my life has changed. I became a mother & that planner no longer aligned with me. So I felt like I needed to change it up. I thought this was pretty pricey and took a week to finally buy it. I AM SO HAPPY I DID! First of all, my husband was right, half of my issues are made up issues. But why? Because of procrastination, distraction & just overwhelm. This little book helps me to get clear, to focus on that one thing and one thing alone, and to get it done. Second, it’s backed with science on how it works. It’s only been one week and I’ve done all of my big tasks that were seemingly impossible before. That’s crazy to me! But, I followed the instructions & it was life altering. Finally, I’d say that this is your best friend planner. The size is great, easy to travel with, binding is beautiful. Pages are nice, although I could do with them being a little bit thicker, but oh well. Even if it’s just 3 months, I really think this will change your life.
