the console was hard to set up but the rewards were worth it.

Unfortunately, I could not get this console to work even after following the advice on the YouTube videos and liaising with customer service.

Do not buy one.. most of the games don't load or work.. Rubbish tbh..

Works as described has lots of classic games some are duplicates for other consoles. Fairly easy to download other games to it an play once you figure out how "smart phones with a sd card work just fine dont need a comp". Had a issue with sd card stopped working an company replaced everything fast an free of charge would definitely recommend or buy from again

terrific item works well only need to mention that a power point adaptor is needed to plug into Australian power points - this should be sold with item OR AT LEAST mentioned in ad. otherwise it is great. fast delivery thank you.

I just received this 3 days ago and I have a problem that maybe someone can help me with? When I initially powered this device up, I was greeted with a nice game menu with sounds. Within 5 minutes as I was getting batteries for the controller, the screen went black and the music turned off. Nothing I did corrected this. I tried different HDMI cables and different ports on the TV as well as my PC monitor and it's as if the system is off, but the power light is on. Before I send this back I was hoping someone else had this issue and was able to fix it. This is the Kinhank Super Console Cube X3.

When you first turn on the system, it will be just a black screen for what seems to be 30 seconds to a minute before anything shows on the screen, I initially thought something was broken on it, or the wrong SD card was inserted. When the logo finally appears you'll see coding appearing on top of the logo loading the system , which I thought was weird. Always allow 3-5 minutes for the system to completely boot. I haven't played on a gaming system for years, and never on an emulator, so I'm not experienced. However, with enough patience, I was able to figure out multiple settings on the system to make it work. If you play around with it long enough, you'll be able to figure it out. There are multiple reviews on YouTube that will help you. I've had to change some of the emulators to make some of the games work. Overall, it's a very good system with lots of games and hours of entertainment. If you are not good at technology, you may get frustrated with trying to figure it the various settings and the controller. Customer service answered any questions I had.
