This belt really has helped with my lower back pain. It is a quality piece of equipment, well made and easy to use.

Herniated disc L3/5 absolute agony I wear this belt when my back gets too much and instantly stops the pain, problem I have is, despite adding extra ad-on piece a choice of larger sizes rather than one size fits all as a large belly rather negates that I do squeeze in it as it does work 🫃

You will not waste your money on this, it takes about a week before you start feeling the benefit 😉

Ce n'est pas l'un miracle il y a beaucoup d'avantage et des inconvénients. Cette ceinture soulage beaucoup des douleurs lombaire il faut un petit moment pour trouver la bonne position et le bon gonflage il ne faut pas hésiter à essayer plusieurs réglages et quand on a trouvé c'est vraiment bien... Les inconvénients ? Ça gène un peu c'est un truc en plus sur vous ça gène pour se pencher MAIS ça soulage vraiment vous aurez moins mal voire même plus du tout MAIS ça soigne pas il faut éviter de la porter tout le temps pour ne pas perdre les muscles du dos... Attention ça se perce facilement j'en ai fait l'expérience et j'en ai recommandé une immédiatement.

My 70 year old Mom had hip surgery 5 years ago and has complained of hip pain every since; after an MRI we learned she had disc compression in her back causing sciatic pain. On the first day, she was about to give up on her work for the day due to pain after only a short time. She tried this on, and low and behold, she was chugging along like she was 20 again for the entire day. She hasn't complained of any pain since she started using it.
