Missing holes and unaligned holes.
Serves its purpose, some of the holes are missing and are not aligned so we had a hard time securing the screws. Other than that, it is a great product for the price.

Appears sturdy. Good price point. However some of the holes have not been completely drilled out and will likely need a metal drill to complete the construction. Ideally would ask for a replacement arm instead of a return, however cannot find a link to contact the seller or manufacturer…. Update: the seller promptly and cordially responded to this review and offered to replace the item

Okay as long as you only have small, thin surfboards.
The rack looks like the photos, but the included instructions are for a different model with different hole placements, and some screws appear to be intended for that other rack. They did include one extra screw of each type which is always nice. The main issue is the arm design. While the arms are partially covered with foam, the bolts that secure the arms are mounted sideways and remain exposed. If a board is wider than the padded portion, it scratches on the bolt heads and metal bar when sliding in or out. To prevent damage, I had to buy additional foam insulation and modify the rack to cover the exposed bolts and metal. I also installed eye hooks on both sides of the rack so I could attach a bungee cord to secure the boards and help prevent any from tipping over. At a minimum, the arm mounting screws should be vertical or fully padded. As designed, it does not adequately protect the surfboards from hitting the bolts or the metal without extra modifications.
