I searched meticulously for a brain model that incorporates the primary parts of the brain in an intellectual level yet visually captures the attention of the learner to retain the information taught—like this brain model does! It is just as pictured on the Amazon website in a size that fits both hands cupped and sized to sustain attention span: for a presentation of the brain interior sections. The brain model halves have a light magnet which keeps the two parts of the model together. This is good for practicality and to protect the interior labels which are printed on colored stick on glossy craft paper. The black font labeled names for the brain parts are surrounded by its colored interior image which keeps the learner focused on the information being presented. It may not last long for the numerous times that the model will be used; because the outer part is sturdy foam but the interior must be handled with care, clean hands, and be moisture clear. To maintain its durability and cleanliness, I plan on ordering a classic children’s doctor’s black bag to carry it with me in my briefcase for each future presentation on brain trauma. I want to add that I seldom do reviews because of my overwhelming work schedule but I wanted to take a moment to give due credit to this amazing brain model product and give a shout out to an outstanding seller who had this item on back order yet prioritized my order by shipping it immediately when it returned to stock: and delivered the item just in time the day of my brain trauma presentation!

Very nice simple brain model with labels on one half and a quiz format on the other. Hold together with magnets - soft foam shape - nearly life size. Nice educational tool!

I work in a healthcare setting and use this regularly to instruct patients and students. It’s a wonderful tool!

This is a very poor quality product and not fully accurate. Portions of the labels on the inside came off at the magnet points when I opened it. Also, its color is bubble gum pink and it feels like a firm sponge. (I'm a professor of cognitive science --I'd wanted a simple model in correct size to supplement my larger more detailed ones. I would not even recommend this for children.)

Fun tool for educating kids about the brain, bit smaller than it looks in pictures however. Doesn't really stand well is why it lost a star

First of all, it’s a little squishy, and it stays together with magnets. The kids love it, and it encourages exploration of how their own brain works. It’s perfect for fidgety hands during sessions, and it’s become an unofficial office mascot. Therapeutic gold. Definitely recommend.

This brain model provided exactly what I was looking for in that I am able to use it as a visual model when working with clients in therapy. However I was disappointed in the cheep feel. The diagrams are stickers and peel off easily. I will keep it because it serves its purpose but was hoping for better quality.
