Showed up a day early installed and worked as it should.

Wires could have been 3 inches longer.The shaft that the fan goes on has no stopping point so you have to guess where it goes.The fan has a torx screw instead of a allen, so it's impossible to tighten with a bit driver.The Good.It works.It's quite.
