I didn't buy enough deep pour and need 1.5 gal more. If I wait 3 days, any heat issues, softening of regular epoxy using the 24 hour over deep pour?

No but it recommends you do a light sanding btw coats so it adheres together

Can I pour a a different brand of epoxy resin on top of your liquid glass

It depends on the product you are pouring over the top. Other products may not give you the same clarity.

Can the 24 hour be used as a seal coat or as a finish pour over?

Yes - best to use the table top mixture

What is the work time and recoat time on the Deep Pour 24?

It will greatly depend on the volume and working temperature, but the working time is around 4 hours on the project. With any epoxy, you don't want to leave it in the bucket for an extended period of time. As far as recoat time, you are looking at close to 24 hours, as this product does the bulk of the curing in the last few hours.
