I purchased this to help get rid of background noise when video conferencing or making audio notes. Compatible with Windows 11; it recognized it as soon as I plugged in the USB and I didn't have to install anything. The headpiece comes in a very nice bag, that protects the headphones when traveling (the ear pieces fold flat). I played audio through the phones, and tested the microphone. Not much to say, except it works great. The earcups are soft and cover the openings of my ears well. I really like the that the cord has a remote built into it that you can control the volume (up or down or mute the microphone, or mute the sound). Seems well built.

I had an issue with my original headset I ordered. Unfortunately I did not test it right away, as this was my backup headset since my original was on the way out. (Same kind) I contacted the seller, although i was way past the return date. They were incredibly understanding and send a replacement. I'm definitely super happy, mind you they really did not have to do it and I did not expect that either. So besides that I LOVE this headset, I can now attest to the customer service as well. I would give them 10 Stars!!! Product and customer service is outstanding! It is my 2nd set, I itself it daily, wear it up to 12hoyrs some days and forget it's on my head that's how comfortable it is. Clear sound, no customer has ever heard a background noise. I wear it mostly over 1 ear and have music in the background. Can't go wrong with it. Buy it!!!

Pros:Just a great basic headset I use for just about everything.The kit is light, headphones are comfortable and microphone has a nice limited capture in quiet and noisy environments. (I've repeatedly thought to been muted simply because I pushed the mic to the overhead position.)The cable is at a good length.Cons:* The mute/volume control block catches on EVERYTHING. It snags the corner of the desk, the armrest on a chair, even my clothing. Strongly suggest improvising a pocket clip to keep it out of the way.* This is a lightly-built set--the microwire cables are the Achilles heel. They will probably start to short intermittent (for my use [heavy and abusive] about once a year.) Again the volume/mute control box is the weak spot. But they handle coiled and uncoiled daily travel, the tugs and snags for that a solid year at least.

**Update on 7/30/25: On July 20th, a replacement headset was sent because the first headset was defective. Not good at all.CONS: Static background sound, feedback, incoming calls has echo,(callers can hear their own voice, incoming callers report they are unable to hear me clearly or not at all. PROS: Lightweight and able to connect with ease.OUTCOME: Returning this replacement due to defective headset quality. Do not recommend this headset. I'm surprised because when I first purchased tbis brand's headset, (different style) it rocked with excellent sound quality, features and longevity. In hindsight, should've purchased that headset again.**Defective quality headset. Arrived two days ago and returning. I was excited to use the headset at work and disappointed to determine the headset was defective right out the box.Instruction guide and troubleshooting were unsuccessful in making the headset operable. Unable to hear anything or anyone. Red light stayed on which mutes incoming caller voices.I have purchased a different headset from this company before, so I am surprised and disappointed with this defective purchase.Pros: Good color, decent cord length and cushy ear pad.Cons: Doesn't work. Inability to hear anyone or anything due to depressed button and red light staying on muting incoming calls.I am unable to recommend this headset.
