Lead free flashing
I used this to seal the edges of a flat roof. Having read previous reviews I did use some bitumen paint on the brickwork to aid sticking it and this helped to make a leak proof joint. It is very sticky in its own right for other materials just extra precaution for brick or block work. I advise wearing gloves so as to not get it on your hands. It cuts easy with scissors and stretches if needed to get a close fit and seal. Very easy to use too.

Covering cracked lead
Creases realy easily, sticks like the proverbial to a blanket, my use for it was along the back of a conservatory roof where the lead had corroded and cracked so was a tricky balancing act, it's not easy to use but provided it lasts I'd rate it excellent

Variable stickiness
Slightly tricky to deal with as it's very floppy in large sheets like this and suspect it's not as sticky as it used to be however it is impossible to remove from itself so dont let it overlap by accident. Noticed a slight peel away from timber in places not had the problem in past with narrower version needs rolling down hard.

Good product
Bought this to seal the bottom of a wooden garage. On the whole it has worked really well, but in the recent heavy rain I've still got water coming in in a couple of places so need to silicone as well.
